Read-Along Adventure adapts Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan into an incredibly exciting and action-packed children’s book. While training a new crew for the Enterprise, Admiral Kirk must take the ship on an urgent mission to stop an old adversary from acquiring a powerful new weapon. Reminiscent of an old fashioned radio play, the audio track does an excellent job at bringing the book to life with accompanying music and background noises (such as communicators chirping, phasers firings, and ships warping through space). Additionally, the character voices are well-done and the photos from the film are full of action. Working in tandem, the book and audio recording of Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan deliver a riveting reading experience.
