Pretty straightforward...eat your fruites and vegetables and grains and spices. But it sis interesting to see the extra tidbits about each.

Loved the format of this book: lots of nutritional information on each super-food, plus recipes to help you eat some. I see two omissions: (1) information on seasons for produce, and (2) number of servings that each recipe makes. Otherwise this book is really great.
