This book may not be long enough to give a truly in-depth, detailed account of all that one might want to know about foxes. But it gives a great deal of information for the beginner, along with some marvelous pictures. If you are a professional naturalist and already know the basics of what there is to know about foxes and want more in depth research, this book may not be helpful (although even then, the pictures are worth having.) But if you're just a person who finds foxes fascinating and want to know a bit about them, this book is perfect.
