A good basic book with all the information I need to branch out and adapt recipes.

I have two different editions of this cookbook. Both of them are amazing. I use them every week. The recipes are all good and fail-safe. They are also very forgiving in that you can use a bit more or less of an ingredient and it doesn't seem to alter the end result. I have several slow cooker books and this is the one I always seem to go back to.
