“I picked this up looking for healthier baking options and ended up pleasantly surprised by how practical and approachable it is. The recipes don’t feel overly restrictive, and the author does a good job of explaining how coconut flour can actually work in everyday cooking, not just as a substitute but as something enjoyable on its own. I appreciated the mix of savory and sweet recipes especially the flatbreads and muffins which made it feel like a real lifestyle cookbook rather than a niche diet book. As someone watching sugar intake, it was encouraging to see desserts that didn’t feel like a compromise. Overall, it’s a solid resource for anyone managing blood sugar, avoiding gluten, or just trying to eat better without giving up flavor.”

I only wish there were more!

I read through every recipe at one sitting. I loved them all and look forward to making them all. I wish I'd have bought the hard copy and that it had large pictures. I'm not sure if it does in that one. I'm very happy with it and will probably but the hard copy eventually.
