Great ending to Coralie and Devlin's story. All of our questions answered and nasty people are taken care of. A lot of drama and emotional angst from everyone. I'm kinda hoping for another book with Caz's HEA. I think he deserves one after all this.

He literally is having sex with a woman almost 20 years older than him throughout the whole book, all the time telling his "wife" he loves her and begging her to come home. No! She's an idiot with self esteem issues. She should have gone with Caz. He stood up to her right away and took her power. He no longer had to have sex with her for blackmail. But No, Devlin keeps having sex with Suzzane the whole book and admits it. I mean C C walks in on them in their apartment and sees it in book 2. Geez, what is wrong with her. He is spineless and uses his sister and mother as an excuse. Caz unearths all this info in a weekend and shuts her shot down. For years Devlin couldn't do the same??? He fucks her behind his wife's back for months in the same bed they shared?! Girl, your an idiot for accepting this bullshit and taking him back. She saw it for Pete's sake! Ugh NO! Just a big fat NO! Final answer.

This really is a good series and I honestly started off absolutely loving Coralie and Devlin however I just could not get past all of the lies and cheating that Devlin done and how Coralie just rolled over and forgave him. His excuse for sleeping around just wasn't good enough for me to get past all the hurt he caused Coralie.

Starting this book, I didn't expect much. I hated the second book but because I had this sense of obligation to finish the series, I decided to just go through it because I hate abandoning a series after a few books in. So yeah, did I like the ending? Not really. It's complicated.
Contemplating where to start -- what should I address first in this review, I'll say this:
If you come for this book expecting Devlin to grovel for his mistakes and assholery in the second book, don't fucking bother! 'Cause you will not get it. Devlin is the same piece of shit in this one. You might as well, stick to the first book and bask in their whirlwind fairytale romance 'cause that's the last of them you'll ever get before it well went to shit.
But, if you can look past Devlin's cheating and zero grovel from him then you may proceed because aside from the cheating part which I absolutely hated, there were some aspects to the book that I really liked. The suspense, the secrets -- you ain't see nothing yet.
I despised Devlin so much and while I was reading this book all I wanted was to bash his head against a metal wall. He was a coward and very possessive of Coralie, and not in a good way either. He treated like one would treat an expensive watch -- an object. He also didn't know the meaning of the word No.
Sorry but the cheating? I can at least tolerate that. But that was downright rapey. I was beginning to root for Caz because he was a better character than Devlin ever was. He didn't force himself on Coralie and he became a friend, a confidante to her. He understood when she needed someone and when she needed to be alone. Too bad Coralie was SO in love with the Devlin. Oh well.
I really wanted to give this book a higher rating but alas, I couldn't look pass all the negative parts. So it's a 2.5 for me.

With a ferocious roar, he threw me back onto the bed an crawled over me to hold me down. "You're not going anywhere, do you understand me? You were mine from the day I touched you, right here on this bed, a virtual virgin just waiting to be mastered. And I did that. Admit it!"

Oh wow. Ginger Voight. I have to admit I wasn't sure how this rollercoaster ride that is one Devlin Masters was going to end. But damn if this conclusion wasn't one helluva trip through every emotion possible! I honestly went in with much trepidation and a belly full of angst. My heart had been obliterated right along with Coralie's at the end of book 2 and I wasn't sure it could be mended. Like ever. I might have known, though, that your gift of taking your readers through the ringer and somehow giving us the strength to keep the faith would never be more present. THIS ending to a love like on other was nothing less than spectacular.
I'm still reeling from all the thoughts and feelings this story had me experiencing. Picking up right where we left off in Masters for Life, I was sick to my stomach and what Devlin had put his beloved Coralie through and he deserved every bad thing coming to him. I wanted Coralie to remain steadfast in her decision to cut all ties but I became as weak as she did and I'd like to think as smart and resilient, to finally come to know who the real Devlin Masters truly is and be right there along with her to help him find his way back. With a wingman in Caz, we watch as Coralie gathers to strength to not only finally become her own woman but to decide her future and whether or not the man of her dreams can still be a part of it.
I loved how the author ties up all loose ends with this last in the trilogy. It is never an easy journey for any of the main characters. Devlin, with his hands tied (both literally and figuratively) only wanting the love of his life back and knowing he'd never escape the life he has been forced to live. Coralie, just wanting to love and be loved and finding it hard to put past hurt behind her. And even Caz, the dashing and wonderfully devoted friend to both Devlin and Coralie, who pulls the ultimate surprise that has everyone's lives changed forever.
I was riveted throughout this entire series but this final book was the ultimate in perfection. I loved all the twists and turns, the myriad of emotions it evoked for me, and the pure love that was always there but was often shoved aside when the going got tough. I loved watching as Coralie became what was always inside of her and proudly flaunted it for the world to see. As mad as I was at Devlin, I was over the moon that he was willing to make amends and at long last came clean to his girl. Caz stole the show in more ways than one and I surely hope we hear more from this fiesty character. He made me smile and often and was a pleasant surprise to not only me to but to Coralie as well.
What started as simply a week to feel desired in the arms of a known gigolo became the beginnings of a love Coralie never even imagined. Getting to the end of this often-times, exhausting yet completely exhilarating story kind of makes me sad. I feel as if I was there every step of the way and am a bit melancholy they will all go forth without me.
It is one of Ginger Voight's best yet and I highly encourage you to see for yourself. Start at the beginning with Masters for Hire and hold on tight for what will promise to be the wild ride you did not see coming. It's sexy and touching and completely captivating.
A huge 5 stars!!

To be succinct, this book was simply addictive. I say that because it is almost 5am, and I have been reading it since 12 midnight.
IMO, this is a 5 star read, but due to the fact that there was a slight amount of melodrama permeating the pages after the 70% mark, I've taken off half a star.
Other than that, this was a fantastic end to an imaginative trilogy, and to a restful Thanksgiving holiday as well.
Giving this one: 4.5 stars.

Ginger Voight books are like crack. Read one and you'll be hooked. This is the third and last book in the Masters Series. It's so good. Devlin Masters is beyond sexy and determined to get back what he's lost despite a web of secrets, and forces just as determined to undermine him. Coralie Cabot has finally made the vision she had for her family's department store empire a reality but her heart is shattered. Devlin and Coralie's story is heart wrenching, romantic, sizzling and captivating. These are great characters, well-written and multi-faceted. This series has been an amazing ride.

I just couldn't get over the fact he repeatedly cheated and it was just glossed over as "it's not what it looks like". I still don't see what Suzanne had over him as being a reason he kept going back to her. The book did keep me interested though.

I just didn't see how the H did ANYTHING to get himself out from under (literally) the OW. Team Caz! Caz did more for his "pussycat" in one week than what H could do since he met her.

New Favorite book!
When I first started reading this series it was a little slow but, when it picked... WOW!! Hence the title on this rating.
I couldn't out it down, I was so caught up in it . I guess you could say it consumed me till I finished book 3.
The plot in it kept me guessing how it would end and I was beside myself at times, finding out I wanted to beat the hell out of the psycho Bitch who kept Devin and Cad on a short chain. I Would have made her disappear in a cloud of green vapors myself but it kept me spellbound!

A great angsty read
I know it depends on what you are looking for in a book, but I absolutely loved this series. I love the drama, frustration and other woman drama.
I managed to read all 3 books in 3 days, I just couldn't put them down. I'm so glad someone recommended this series.

This trilogy was a mess... but it was entertaining.
I didn't like the end that much because it felt like it was the h doing all the work, I felt like the H would've kept fuking the ow forever and he never put the h first. Kinda wish the h would've had more of a connection with Cas just to balance things out, or that the baby was his. The H didn't even have to grovel to get her back.

Voight's books are a guilty pleasure of mine. I adore her unconventional heroines and the men who love them. I can't believe I put off reading this final installment for 2 years! It was an exciting and sometimes nail-biting finale.

liked this book better than #2. One someone gets under your skin, you sleep, eat, and breath that person. Is this healthy or is it unbroken able love. Perfect ending to this saga.
