This book directs the reader to some alternative, natural techniques to overcome illnesses rather than or while taking pills. Some are effective, others not so much. Still, it is a good read.
I liked “Natural Cures and Gentle Medicines” better than I thought. Practicality of these natural techniques and methods are somewhat accurate with what I’ve tried so far such as how to overcome dry eyes, headaches or colds and flues.
This book contains natural methods of how to manage or protect oneself from serious conditions such as Alzheimers Disease, cancers, depression etc. Over all there’s no harm in trying out something new to keep oneself healthy with proper knowledge and guidance. This book offers just that.
