I listened to the Korean War segment at least five times but didn't retain anything. Conclusion: unhelpful for studying, no comment on overall quality. DNF because I do not care about the Vietnam War right now.

Yes, it’s short, so it can’t be too in-depth. But a great introduction so I can dive deeper on the things mentioned.

Wendy I absolutely enjoy your books. Completely and comprehensively informative.

It almost got two stars rather than three for being pretty shallow. I mean, how do you really cover both Korea and early Vietnam in about three hours. I should have known when the download was as short as it was that this would be the case.

Complaints aside, the manner of covering the material therein was an interesting production using varied voices that imitated (some very well) characters such as Churchill, Truman, and Ho Chi Minh (less well done was the one short Kennedy piece I recall.) I am not sure for whom I might make strong recommendation that they give it a whirl - one could probably not gain any insights for a college paper that might come as easily from a good encyclopedia.

Good, concise report on these 2 major events of world history.

Well written recollection of facts narrated with upbeat cadence.
