The Anomalies' storage facility is under siege, and the clock is ticking for Teddy. She has to make her final choice. Will she run away and save herself, or put everything at risk for the greater good?
I'm sad this is the last issue. I feel like there's still so much to learn about this world. Maybe not having started at the beginning has something to do with it, but I want to know more about Teddy and Ano.
You can imagine the plot to be complicated with the time-travelling and anomalies and whatnot, and it is. I didn't understand a good portion of what was going on, but I still enjoyed the read and generally understood what was happening.
The parts I do get, however, are really good! They're empowering, strong moments, emotional moments, silly moments, and more. I'm not completely satisfied with the ending, but it'll do.
I wished this series had been longer so we could explore the characters of Ano and Andromeda more (as the POC supporting characters), but for what it is, this was an amazing LGBTQ driven series that explored a variety of LGBTQ issues. And not just that, but also freedom and human rights for people of all races and colors in a funny, moving, and really engaging sci-fi romance story.
