This book completely transformed how I do my job as technical writer and content manager. It's incredibly simple to follow, and an excellent resource!

This was an assigned book for a technical writing course. Many spelling/grammatical errors, extraneous details, redundancy (the author likes to beat a dead horse). It is outdated, which isn't surprising since it's 14 years old. This is a subject I'm interested in and was looking forward to learning more about and the author has managed to make it dry and boring. Getting through the chapters was difficult and painful. I do not recommend this book.
