Pretty good

I enjoyed the story but I do wish it was way longer to get more from the story. I will have to check for more by this author.

Overall a great book

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. I do wish it explored the ending a little further instead of being so abrupt and this is why I gave it four stars.

Honestly? I am not sure. The plot concept is superb, taking a slightly different slant on the wolf shifter stories. The characters are quite complex however Damien and Evie are extremely likeable. I just felt as though this could almost be a first draft, to me it just lacked the depth as though the true essence wasn't quite reached which left me a bit frustrated. As far as seduction rising - I don't think it made it beyond a kiss and a grope - this part of the story didn't play out with genuine fluidity. I wish it could be rewritten as it had such great potential.

This book was not for me. I just couldn't get into it nor connect with the characters. I couldn't put my finger on it but the portion I did read seemed like something was missing. DNF.
