I guess I was expecting more here. I've learned all of this info already, I was hoping there may be a more in depth analysis or comparing how male & female may differ on this diet, etc. I'd recommend reading something by one of the experts or founders, such as The Bulletproof Diet, where all of this is explained thoroughly with extra guidelines.

Good info.

I'm just researching keto diets. So, I haven't begun actually doing it yet. I want to learn all I can before I start. So this book was very helpful and simple to understand. I recommend it for people who don't know much about the diet.

It was a bit more in your face (infomercial-style) than I would have like, but I thought it gave some great details in a quick and easily read style.

Easily read. When trying to make sure you thoroughly understand and don't want to hire a coach, this book will give you ideas, dispel a lot of questions and give you confidence in the process.

Quick and to the Point

I would recommend that anyone who has read other Ketogenic books, add this one to your list. It isn't for beginners but certainly helps identify and remedy many of the common mistakes when adopting s Ketogenic lifestyle.

Not a good book on the subject. Tons of spelling/grammar mistakes and just is written very amateurish and doesn't really give you a lot of valuable information. (It's mostly makes points out of common sense ideas) Not recommended.

A short, but good collection of critical tips to succeeding at low-carb weight loss. Nothing you won't find in other places, but a good collection of tips in one spot.
