A slightly offbeat book all about cats. How we relate to them; their quirks, needs, predilections, their ways of seeking our attention and communicating their desires for petting and food and so on. Much is quite familiar and predictable but there is a lot of useful information, especially about food and nutrition. I hadn't realized just how complex their dietary needs are and how careful one should be in selecting foodstuffs. Owning a cat can be hard work if one is to follow all the advice in this book. And bathing cats or clipping their claws. No thank you!

Nothing but the truth (about cats!)

As a dedicated cat lover, I thoroughly enjoyed this book! I've had cats all my life, but even I learned a couple facts I hadn't known before! I really enjoyed the "cat quotes" at the end of the book, as well! 💜
