Great book. I'm an amateur chef on my best day. With much optimism I decided to tackle the recipes in this book after wanting to proactively cook healthier meals without compromising on flavour. After making a handful of the recipes thus far, I can confidently recommend this one. All of my meals have been successfully delicious!
