What do you get when you mix a bad-ass werewolf biker with a beautiful she-wolf who grew up as the MC President’s daughter?
Sparks.
Book One of the Bash trilogy…
Angelica was raised not only as a biker’s daughter, but as Bud’s daughter — the president of the Atlanta RTMC, which meant she also had dozens of ‘uncles’ who made sure she was safe, happy, loved, secure.
Needless to say, her virginity was still solidly intact when she left for college.
She goes to school up north, where no one knows she’s a biker’s daughter at heart, and thoroughly enjoys her time as a civilian. She gets rid of her pesky virginity right away, but is mostly a good girl while she buckles down to get her degree, staying at school even during the summers to take as many classes as she can fit in.
She’s a different person when she comes home with her Master’s degree, and in spite of her intention to remain a civilian, some of the bikers don’t seem so much like uncles, anymore.
Candace Blevins writes urban fantasy, paranormal romance, epic fantasy contemporary BDSM romance, and two kick-ass motorcycle club series. She’s published more than fifty books. Candace lives with her husband of twenty-four years and their two teenaged daughters. The family’s beloved, goofy, retired racing greyhounds are usually at her side as she writes, quietly keeping her company. Or sometimes not so quietly.
Her urban fantasy series, Only Human, gives us a world where weredragons, werewolves, werelions, three different species of vampires, and a variety of other mythological beings exist.
Candace's various paranormal romance series are all sister series to the Only Human series, and give some secondary characters their happily ever after.
Her Dark(ish) Faerie Tale series gives us a close-up and personal look at Queen Mab, and her Dark Underbelly series is, as you’d expect, dark and (if you’re a little twisted) oh-so-yummy.
Her contemporary Safeword series gives us characters who happen to have some extreme kinks. Relationships can be difficult enough without throwing power exchange into the mix, and her books show characters who care enough about each other to fight to make the relationship work. Each couple in the Safeword series gives the reader a different take on the lifestyle.

Candance Blevins starts us off with a nice look down memory lane. Told in dual POV's. We see Bash starting off as a young and upcoming MC member. He's prospecting for the Atlanta RTMC, and given the task of being the bodyguard to the Prez's daughter, Angelica. Taking on the job of babysitting Angel is no easy task. She's sassy and a big bully (I find). Angel and Bash butt heads continuously, and soon enough we see them both engaging in an easy going friendship that's laced with sexual tension. However, being a prospect, Bash can't take the chance to screw up. Otherwise, he's out of the MC. As youngsters they both have this undeniable draw to the other. But each are looking to make their own place in the world. Bash as a member of the MC and Angel is looking to head to college.
“Since we’re being so honest, I’ll admit I’ve wanted to fuck you since I first saw you, even before my dad assigned you to me. I kept a lid on it because he took guys away from me if he thought I had the hots for them too bad"
Fast forward some years, and we're brought into the present. Angel has returned home, with her academia under her belt, and a new job on the horizon, she needs to settle and focus on the positive's in her life. I loved the way Angel was portrayed. A sexy and sassy youth, turned vivacious, independent and ambitious adult. She has a good head on her shoulders, and as much as she loves her family, she still understands that, she cannot be as closely associated with them. Especially when it comes to her career. Her ability to separate the two is commendable. In no way does she lose an respect for her family. By far, she gains and shows them more respect, by allowing them to always be there for her, while she progresses in life.
Now, Bash. To me, he is such an anti-hero. So scary and literally bad ass. Sociopathic at times. Yet, somewhere deep, deep, deep, down. He has a softer side. Which I can safely say isn't so easy to spot, probably can be non existent. But hey, we do see it in small doses. Bash is all about the club. He lives, eats and breathes the club. Even with the return of Angelica, even he keeps both lives separate. I loved Bash's darkness. He tried to keep it at bay. but when he came out to play, hell!! it was hot!!
"I wasn’t positive I wanted her, but I was certain I couldn’t let anyone else have her."
With Angelica's return, the intensity and chemistry between her and Bash is tantamount to that of a nuclear explosion. These two.. from adolescence to adulthood, from protector, to friendship, to lust filled encounters and desire ridden embraces. Their paranormal abilities only serves to intensify the emotions running rampant through the other. What I loved the most with Angelica and Bash, was their brutal honesty. They both knew what they wanted, what they were associated with (the MC) and all the repercussions that could befall them.
“Ain’t gonna be smooth sailing. We do this, you’re mine.”
What I absolutely hated, was Angelica and Thomas's relationship. How vulnerable she was with him, and the way she allowed him to affect and jeopardize the MC. I thought that was extremely stupid for an MC brat. Born and bred in the club life. She should have known better. I felt as if she was running from her feelings for Bash. And because of this, she made silly mistakes with Thomas.
The story ends on a cliffy, so on to volume 2.
*ARC provided by RockStar PR on behalf of the author for an honest review* Thanks!!
WHERE IS THE REST OF THIS STORY? *Fist shakes at Candace* This is a bloody cock teaser of a book. When Ms. Blevins shared the third character featured in the Rolling Thunder series would be Bash, I was confused.
Who wants to read about Bash? After his completely disgusting stunts in Brain, I wanted to bash Bash's brains in. Even at the end of Brain, Bash didn't impress me. I still wanted to kick his ass from here to Timbuktu. Then the arc comes and it is not one book but THREE books. Seriously, how much can be written about this asshat? Apparently, a lot.
We kick off the book 8 years in the past when Bash was a wet behind the ears little prospect. His introduction to the motorcycle club is a bit rough with Atlanta President, Bud, but it's okay. He gets to be Bud's daughter - Angelica's bitch boy bodyguard. His relationship with Angel is quickly reset and they slowly become friends. Fast forward to current times, Angel is no longer the slightly spoiled sixteen year old. Master degree in hand and a MIT graduate, she is ready to start her first job. Angel returns to the South but this time, in Tennessee.
Bash is an anti-hero and I really enjoyed learning more about him. His interactions with Angel are funny, erotic and endearing. This book made me change my mind about Bash. I'm also getting to know Angel who is another kick ass female. She shares many traits with Ms. Blevins' other female characters. I liked her. I like her independence. I like her slightly princess attitude. I like how she can separate her relationship from her "family" of motorcycle men. What I really liked was her learning about kink and finding out she enjoys it.
I thought I'd only read 1 chapter then in the wee hours of the morning, I finished the book. This is a page turner and when it gets to the end, I'm shocked. Shocked not because of what is going on or that it is a cliff hanger. Shocked because I can't believe the book is done and I have to wait another month before the second part is available.
The BDSM in this book is very light for Ms. Blevins. It's a nice little erotic element to help enhance the book. I wonder where this will go and look forward to seeing Angel's journey into kink. Will she be more into SM or more into D/s? Based on her personality and Ms. Blevins' kink preference, I'm thinking SM with a smidgen of D/s due to the wolf tie in. Speaking of wolf...mmm, nice primal sex. Wow, when that happened, my jaw dropped and my hand ventured down "south".
This book is appallingly short. I can't wait to read the next. Whilst I wait, I will be re-reading this again which is why it is a 5 star for me. Recommended for kinky readers who like an anti-hero falling for a greasy monkey princess.
*I received an advanced copy. No review requested, I gave one anyway.
3.5 stars Author warned readers about the "small cliffhanger" ending in the synopsis. I'm treating Bash as the author testing her pool of readers on how we'd react to serials. I'm not a fan myself but the release dates are relatively short , she did a decent job making this volume almost all inclusive & it's also the full length of a book so you don't feel gypped. Yes I recommend the book but wait till all three volumes are out to the public if you have the willpower lol
My Thoughts - 4 out of 5 Unicorns - I really liked it!!! ***I choose what I read and review based on what intrigues me!! Yes, I got a copy of this book from either a giveaway or through the newsletter, but no one tells me what to think, feel, or write about any book! After reading, I did buy the first 2 books in the series and the vol 2 and 3 of this trilogy, so I can read them!
The cover looks dangerous and intriguing all at once.
This is my first time reading Candace Blevins, and this is the first book in Bash’s trilogy but is the 3rd book in this series. This book is for adults only because of the steamy content and violence.
Wow, this book took me by surprise! The characters in this book that are a gang basically, and I shouldn’t like them, but I do!! This book was a rollercoaster of action, drama, and more. I can’t figure out how to put words together to describe this book because I just won’t get it right. I like Bash, but he is definitely trouble. This book is like driving by an accident and being unable to look away because it has your attention riveted. It does end in a cliff hangery sort of way, so you should be aware of that, but all of the books are already out.
I recommend to werewolf fans who want something out of the norm that is more dangerous and risqué with things that are described! I definitely want to check out more of Candace’s stories!
Not at all sure why I love this author and this series so much but I every time I think I can walk away from not buying the next book....I race off to buy the next book in the series.
I thought Bash and Angelica were a really intriguing couple. I like them best so far and I'm surprised anyone surpassed Brain and Harmony in my list of strong couples from this series.
This trilogy is more kinky than some of the others but that totally works for me. Communication, though imperfect between Bash and Angelica is really solid because they work really, really hard at it and adding Dawg just made it all the more poignant to me.
I like the mix of strong women, brutal men and situations that just have to be dealt with that makes everyone stronger in different ways just makes this a great series.

Can the wolf you love to hate become the wolf you love? Yep! Can a Bad-Boy-for-Real have a heart of gold underneath it all? Well a heart at least, and perhaps of tarnished silver, but fans of the previous installation (“Brain”) in the Rolling Thunder MC series will be pleased to know that Bash does have some redeeming qualities. And a seriously fine set of skills…but I digress…
This time our heroine (Angelica) is wolf herself, born and raised the over-protected daughter of an RTMC chapter President…whose protector during a formative spell, just happened to be Bash. Good Girl-wolves grow up, and Bad Boy-wolves make…amends. Occasionally, they only do so when their hand is forced. Enter the complication. Well one of the many complications and potential complications, taking the forms of person, place and thing. It is easy to see why this story will require three volumes to tell. The beauty is, as always, the reader has no sweet clue as to exactly how, or why or when these complications will hit the fan, or how they will resolve themselves; except that it will be intense, and it won’t be pretty.
I will say I has-a-sad from this story. Well, a little sad that I know will resolve itself, but my personal hero, HE-of-Book-One, the incomparable “Duke”, is…in a spot. Not one he is used to being in, and not one I enjoy seeing him in. I have angst. I don’t do well with angst. But if what I suspect comes to bear, this is going to combine with some other events to blow this story off the charts for fans of the series.
This reader also feared the dread “Volume I cliffy”, one of the things I generally dislike most about a book with installations. For those in the same boat: fear not. This time at least, the story is left at a relatively comfortable point, buoyed by the fact that Ms. Blevins ensured Volumes II and III would follow in short order. You know that the tale is on the brink of something(s) big and I suspect I may be singing a different tune (in High C) at the end of Volume II, but that skill of hers as a storyteller…she’s got it worked out very well, and the hook is firmly planted. And while I might think I have an idea where this is going, I have never outguessed Ms. Blevins yet, and its now become a challenge!
Meantime, I let go my compunction to direct the flow and bestow TPE to her writing it her way, because damned if she doesn’t know what we readers need…and oh, okay: want as well…

I can never get enough of Candace’s stories, what an amazing writer she is. My introduction to Candace was through her Safeword series loved it and just wanted to read more from her. Oh and I have (smiles) this latest book 3, of the Rolling Thunder Motorcycle Club is just a great addition to the series.
I love the fact that she includes characters from previous books. Gives us more than ample reason never to forget a character. I think that is my favorite part of her books. This is Bash’s story... One would think they calm with age, not Bash he always had a problem keeping his temper in check, as he has got older it maybe in check but very close to the surface.
The story starts when he was younger, and just a prospect. The Club Pres. Gave him babysitting duties of Angel. Oh yeah Angel the Club Pres’ baby girl. A little to sassy for her own good, if she can manage to bully you into doing what she wants, you’re screwed.
Bash needs to tread careful gain the respect of the brassy young female and still stay within the guidelines of his job at protecting her.
The story moves on into years as both get a bit older, the Princess comes home from college all grown up and still way off limits. Angelic even though its her family she wants to keep the MC at arms length and go on about her new job in a “normal” life.
Bash is Bash, all about the brotherhood and doing his thing, he had barely survived the heartache years ago, and isn’t trying to feel any of that anytime soon. He avoided emotional tangles well.. All up until his Princess moved back home.
All kinds of emotions will pop off and this is just the beginning. This introduction to Bash as well as Angelica how it all started. Full of fun, sass, loyalty and passion. A few hot hot scenes, with some heavy tamping down on passion. What’s a boy and girl to do, when they both are all grown up now?
Loved it, awesome first Volume a bit of a cliff at the end. With Candace promising the second book is not too far away. I think its a stand alone, this first Volume, but if you haven’t read Duke or Brain you should. (smiles) Get ready for Bash cuz he sure is ready for you Enjoy.
After reading Duke and Brain I did not like Bash at all. Thought he was awful and pretty much evil. After reading Bash vol 1 my opinion has certainly changed lol Deep down I think that Bash, whilst he has very rough edges is a loving and caring man. Especially for the one he loves. It is a very surprising and in-depth view into Bash and his world. He certainly has co.e from a troubled past that is touched on. Looking forward to seeing where Bash vol 2 takes us. Make sure to read this series. It is most definitely worth it
oh please that is not a cliffhanger, it's just the segue-way to the next phase of their relationship. So I gotta say I love Angelica and she is one tough cookie. I'm glad her and Bash got together but considering there is a volume 2 and a volume 3 me thinks all is not smooth sailing from here and I can't wait to find out what happens next! p.s. don't like the D.A. and I hope he's gone!
I love Ms. Blevins books. She has such a realistic characters and stories lines. They are so like people in real life. Bash and Angelica remind me of people that I know. I can't wait for Bash 2, I am so ready for it. I just can't get enough.
I love this world and the RTMC. I've been bouncing back and forth in the series, depending on who I want to read next, and it was finally Bash's turn. I really liked learning his and Angelica's story. She is a total BAMF, and I think that she's the only one who could've matched with Bash, because of his total BAMFness.
Seriously, he pulls a woman aside to the woods, while the FMC is at the party. [Feeling aroused by the FMC], he forces this woman to take him annaly, getting aroused by her pain and humiliation that she can’t say no without being punished.
I’m DONE! There was no CW about dubious consent, or out right rape! 😡
Having not read the first two books in the series (something I don’t typically do) nor having read anything by Candace Blevins before I didn’t really know what to expect with Bash, but my curiosity was peaked and it overrode everything else, even my hesitation at the fact that this story was going to be told in three parts with cliffhangers, so I jumped in and lo and behold I really enjoyed it. The characters are interesting and well developed and the cliffhanger ending isn’t really a cliffhanger, more like an adequate closure to the first act while giving a tease as to what is about to come next.
I gotta say that I really liked Angelica. She’s intelligent, hard working, independent, outspoken, has a great sense of humor and is confident in who she is and while she will adjust certain aspects of herself to fit more seamlessly into certain situations, she doesn’t change who she is at her core. What I actually liked and respected the most about Angelica is the respect and loyalty she had towards the RTMC even when she wanted to distance herself from them. She could have disparaged them at any time, but she doesn’t. She may not agree with everything that goes on, but she also understands that just because they follow their own rules and moral code it doesn’t make all of them bad people.
Bash I liked from the start. While he is probably the scariest of the bunch, which says a lot considering those around him, though he isn’t a total loose cannon. He knows he needs to keep a tight leash on his darker side and does so willingly. He’s loyal to the club and will do what needs to be done to protect the club and those it calls their own. He sees himself as a hardass, and there is no doubt that he is, but also as someone who doesn’t deal well with being soft and comforting and yet that isn’t necessarily true. He definitely wouldn’t be most people’s first choice to turn to for a shoulder to cry on, but he does recognize when someone is hurting and acts accordingly.
Since this the first of three parts to Bash and Angelica’s story we really are only getting a slice of it and so far I’m really liking how things are going. Getting to know them when they first met and started to hangout when Bash was just a prospect and Angelica a teenager helped to understand the connection that they have to each other. They got to know each other as friends and Bash was there for her at what can be named as the worst moment of her life so far. So seeing them together eight years later as they try to figure out just what to do about each other makes it easier to understand their attraction to each other. The chemistry is there on all counts, even without them both being shifters and their senses much more acute than a human, but what is really the kicker is the honesty between them. Angelica doesn’t mince words or play stupid games with Bash and Bash is as honest with her as he can be as long as it doesn’t cross the line into club business.
The writing is engaging and found the pacing of the story so far to be well done. I like that since the story is being told in first person POV that we are getting dual POV’s and are clued into what both Angelica and Bash are thinking and feeling. And though I didn’t read the first two books in the series I didn’t feel lost in anyway and based on the comments that were made about the couples in the first books I actually want to go back and read them to see what went down. As I said the cliffhanger wasn’t a huge issue for me in the end. It does tease you into wanting to know what will happen next, but it isn’t one of those that will leave you wanting to smash your ereader against a wall. The paranormal/shifter aspect was done in a simple and clean manner so while it’s prevalent in the book, it doesn’t overtake the story in anyway, it simply adds another layer to the story.
The Bottom Line: Bash is a quick, fun and interesting read and I’m looking forward to seeing how things play out with Bash and Angelica.

OMG !!!!! I'm speechless (good for a review!!!) and I'm a ticking time bomb waiting for the second volume!! *growling* and the third !!! *double growl* << blame it on the wolf pack !!!
Let me tell you this - Candace Blevins is EVIL !!! pure evil that will grab you by the balls (I'm putting myself here as a guy to describe the feeling) and won't let go but twist and twist and twist and when you finally come close to finish, she puts the rest of it a VOL 2 (don't get me started on VOL 3.!!!) and leaves you hanging (she still has you by the balls, even couple of hours after you finish the book.
All of this and more is what you can expect from Bash (vol.1). If you are familiar with bikers than Candace keeps company that you have an incline what to expect but its sooo much more. Its a love story between Angelica (aka Princess) and Bash (our bashful wolf ROFL!!!!!) and their not so obvious road into a relationship where nothing happens the way you expect it, and you are kept on your toes through the whole book.
I love the way Candace writes cause its straight up-no BS-in your face situations that pull the most out of everyone and she has all the colorful characters to go with the major plot and its twist (and believe me, she HAS IT ALL !!!! *damn you woman, I need VOL.2 !!!!!!!)
~ I wasn’t positive I wanted her, but I was certain I couldn’t let anyone else have her. ~
Bash is a badass biker you got to know in Duke's story, but you grow to love in Brain's story. and all those glimpses come together when we finally sit down to read his story (or part of it - for now!!!!). He's a heartless bastard when needed, but just and now and then he shows he cares, and boy, does he care about Angelica !!!! don't be fooled by his bitching and cool attitude, cause we romantics can see right through the BS and call it!
~ He jumped down off the wheel, his body the picture of liquid grace as he moved towards his bike. “Time to go back, Princess. Think we’ve done all the talkin’ I can handle for one night.” Well. Amen to that.~
Angelica is a girl, born into the MC, the president's daughter, the forbidden fruit and the smart woman that will see through the BS and stand up to the though bikers and live her life the way she wants it. but she is also a biker chick who loves a long ride on a bike, and knows family and loyalty comes first. She is also a she-wolf that goes for what she wants and for a loooooong time she needed to press down on her need for Bash.
~Every little girl wants her daddy when the bad guys are around, even when she’s all grown up.~
~ “Since we’re being so honest, I’ll admit I’ve wanted to fuck you since I first saw you, even before my dad assigned you to me. I kept a lid on it because he took guys away from me if he thought I had the hots for them too bad" ~
So when the time came, all bets were off, and they were at it. but life is about pushing the limits and let me tell you, Angelica pushes the limits hard. but then again you won't know unless you try.
~ “Ain’t gonna be smooth sailing. We do this, you’re mine.” “You gonna make me negotiate a relationship before you’ll fuck me?” “No, Princess. Just wantin’ you to understand I’m claiming you if I fuck you. We can negotiate the rest later.” ~
I read a lot and I can tell you its unlike any story out there and we just got started !! Candace did good with this one, just the right amount of all the things I love in a book: characters, plot, sizzling attraction, good sex, kinky stuff, BDSM at its finest and action (can you scream badass bikeeeeers!!! HELL YEAH !!!)
Re-read: March 10, 2016 Originally Read: November 26, 2015
As a fan of Candace Blevin’s Rolling Thunder Motorcycle Club series, I was pretty bummed when I saw that instead of one complete book, Bash’s book would be released in three installments. I really don’t like when this happens. I have no patience, hate waiting between books, and I detest cliffhangers. The total cost to me was $9.97 which is more than I generally pay. I did get 759 pages in total so I can swallow that cost, but it goes down hard.
With all three installments of Bash now released, I decided to re-read Duke and Brain before diving into Bash. Now that I’m done, I’m still trying to process what I just read. Ms. Blevins definitely added a lot more BDSM into Bash than she has previously in this series. At times I felt like I had stepped into one of her Safeword books which I liked, but went a bit beyond my BDSM comfort zone. Just a warning, Bash gets rough. Really, really rough. No doubt, a lot of the sex scenes were hot, but several made me a tad uncomfortable.
Volume I:
I finished this installment extremely conflicted. Going in, I disliked Bash because of what he did to Harmony in Brain’s book. I got why he was angry with her, but he was needlessly and horribly cruel. Bash started redeeming himself and I was beginning to like him….a little. Then that business with Teresa happened. I get Bash is a pimp. This is a gritty MC series and I expect that, but that was a bad scene. I know Duke forced him, but I had a hard time seeing past it.
Angelica didn’t sit well with me either. She pulled some seriously TSTL crap like the entire situation with Thomas that you just knew was going to be a clusterfuck of epic proportions. For starters, when dipping your toe into the BDSM pool, don’t be freaking stupid about it and let some guy you’ve basically had one date with tie you up and leave you that vulnerable. I took issue with Angelica’s relationship with Thomas. Seriously placing her MC family at risk because he gave her a few really nice orgasms…really? By the end of this installment, instead of seeing her as a strong woman who went after what she wanted, I thought she was simply unbelievably selfish.
Although I liked seeing my favorite characters, my thoughts were that the jury was still out on Bash and Angelica. I was really hoping in Vol. II she would find that brain she seemed to have lost along the way.
This is the third book in the Rolling Thunder Motorcycle series. Angelica was raised not only as a biker's daughter, but as Bud's daughter the president of the Atlanta RTMC, which meant she also had dozens of 'uncles' who made sure she was safe, happy, loved, secure. While 18 and a prospect for the club he was assigned to drive her to and from school when she was fifteen. When Angelica gets in trouble Bash comes to her rescue and kills the person that same night her mother is in a car wreck and dies and he and Brain take care of her until her father comes back. Eight years later she is all grown up and graduating from MIT she moves to Tennessee to take a job with the government and she still has a crush on Bash. Angelica realizes that Bash has changed and he realizes that she is all grown up now. This was a really good book. I loved the character's in this series and the women take no mess from anyone. In a quest to start living her own life she starts dating a neighbor Thomas who turns out to be the DA and he is also a Dom and her introduces her to the lifestyle and gives her one of the best orgasms of her life. This also puts her at odds with her father and the club. While out jogging Thomas gets upset because she is carrying a gun and she is forced to save his life when they are attacked and he is shot. This was a really good book while she and Bash are running in wolf form they have sex. This book does end on a cliffhanger after they have sex in the clubhouse in human form as the clubs rivals are trying to kidnap or kill Angelica. This book was well written like the rest of the books in this series with no errors in grammar or spelling I am looking forward to reading the next book thank god I don't have to wait to long.

This is the first instalment of Bash’s story, a trilogy, which is book number three of the Rolling Thunder Motorcycle Club. I have not read the first two books Duke and Brain but found it easy to pick up as the focus is on Bash and Angelica’s story.
I don’t read many paranormal books but when I saw the blurb for this I was eager to check out this MC of werewolves. I wasn’t disappointed as it was hard hitting, gritty and raunchy. The world created was simple to comprehend and I liked the setup of how Bash and Angelica (Princess) first came to be.
I knew this was the first volume of Bash’s story so I knew to pace myself and the HEA wouldn’t be accomplished this time but even so I wanted them to sort out their issues but after getting inside their thought process I could see this was going to take a lot of angst and soul searching.
The characters were intense and charismatic, especially Bash. Just look at the cover - Rawr! It was clear to see and feel the chemistry between Bash and Angelica but their issues had them putting on that front and hiding what they really feel. The incident that happens in the woods though when they were in their change seemed to be the start of the revelation of what was to come.
The ending was a little abrupt but as I knew there was more to come I was left feeling eager to dive in to the next book. Luckily all three books in the trilogy have been released close together and all are available now. Great start to the story with the hot BDSM elements make this a solid four stars read for me.
I think we all got the same vibe from Bash when he was introduced in Brain’s book…he is not nice, in fact he is a hateful man. What is it going to take for us to maybe like him, well, we get his backstory, from his beginnings with the club to present day.
As a prospect he pretty much has to do what he’s told and he’s been given an assignment directly by the president, he will be his daughter Angelica’s ride, getting her to and from school and any other activities as well as be a protector. Their relationship starts of tentative and they each find an attraction but cannot act up on it.
Fast forward to Angelica coming home after receiving her degree thinking she will live her life away from the club, but things don’t always go the way she wants. She has missed Bash and can’t wait to finally connect with him, once she sees him, she finds him as captivating as ever, the attraction is still there. In her quest to live her life, she meets and starts dating a man who happens to be the DA.
Bash is not to happy seeing her dating, as he still wants her. What happens at this point I’ll leave it up to you to find out, but I should that mention that this story has so much emotion (something Bash does not want to be involved with), a very loyal heroine, who also can kick ass and will not be a damsel in distress, and let me not forget to mention how hot certain scenes were, because yes we do get some kink thrown in. Story does end in a bit of a baby cliffhanger, but the next story is not far away…

This book was provided by the author Candace Blevins through the BDSM group on Goodreads in exchange for my honest review. I absolutely LOVED this book! I loved Angelica (she's one kick-ass heroine) and I loved Bash. I liked the double POV. I liked to read about Angelica and Bash's earlier years and Angelica's relationships with her father and the other bikers. And I loved the chemistry between the characters in this book. Usually I'm not really a big fan of shifters, but in this book it worked great; liked both Angel and Bash where wolf shifters. In short: I really liked this book! ;-) Solid 5 stars!! The only thing I didn't like about it was the open ending... I need Bash, Volume II NOW!! ;-) I haven't (yet!) read Duke and Brain, but after reading this book I will very soon! This was my first book by Candace Blevins, but definitely not my last!
Ok I'm not sure if I just get so caught up in these books or what,M but how the heck can I not rate this 5 stars. I couldn't put it down and I'm picking up volume 2 now! I'm so happy Bash and Angelica are together but I can't help having an impending doom feeling over the DA. I hope I'm wrong and he ends up using his room to protect her, and I wouldn't mind seeing them in a three some but something is going to happen and it's going to be big!
Werewolves, sexy bad-boys MC, some BDSM play, and a smart, strong-willed heroine. What's not to love? The first of three volumes, it's a little bit cliffie, but not annoyingly so. All three volumes are currently available. I'm about to start volume II. Must discover what is behind the door!
To say I don't like Bash is putting it mildly. I didn't like him in Brain's book after what he did to Ice. How the Author thought she could forgive him is beyond me. But Here he rapes Kat all the time, yes rapes because he can she don't want it but he does it and hurts her on purpose because he is still angry with her, This after he already beat her with 35 belt licks leaving bruises plus she had other things held against her. I call it rape because she doesn't want it but he makes her or he will have her removed from the club. Then when one of the club escorts has cramps he tells her she works or is out wtf? If she is pushed out then she has to work for an even harsher pimp who beats her. Yet they claim they treat them fair? They treat them like employees, not whores??? Do they take care of them? No. I still can not figure out why this book is in three parts why are we watching them screw other people. I don't like that at all. Wasting time this should have been one book. And that is one ugly cover if I hadn't already started these books I would pass them over on the covers alone.

There was more wolf stuff to start with not just a careless add on.
Bash n angel are two brilliant characters, fully developed and I love them both. Obviously we saw bash more in Dukes book and he was a dick as we know but holy shit is he hot af.
Angel is the perfect fmc, she's not perfect, hot her own mind, not a doormat, has brains , not another waitress which seems to be the no 1 career choice for biker fmc. She owns her sexuality.
The sex between these two is smoking hot. Seriously.
Great storyline that hooks you from the start. Wondering where its going to warrant 3 books?
...and the xtra bit with dawg? Dayum. I coukdnt download book 2 quick enough
I love Candace Blevins books! I've really mostly read her urban fantasy and BDSM books. This is my first RTMC book. It was great. I can't decide whether to go back or forward in the series (as this is the third in the RTMC series, but first of the BASH books)- decisions, decisions... I loved this book. Ms. Blevins really knows how to write an in-depth, complex character. I also love that her characters cross over in her different worlds. And her books are so darn sexy!! This is a definite must read book!
Bash is Angelica's bodyguard for school & other places, driving her around. She's had a crush on him ever since. Now she's graduated from MIT & has a high tech job in Chattanooga right near Bash.
Now they have the opportunity to get together. Will they or won't they?
This book was great. Bash was Angelica protector as a teen and had a crush on her. She went off to college and when they got to see each other years later, their relationship just got more complicated and hot. You need to read this book to find out what happens between Bash and Angelica. If you like bikers that are wolves and want lots of hot scenes this is it.
How often do you get a chance with your teenage crush? Angelica gets the chance, if she can get brave enough! But Bash gets the trouble it can cause, even now, but neither can deny their attraction. Sexy as all out, and the peace that comes with finding your home again, I felt for them both. Two strong people, completely informed, and taking the chance with each other!
Another great read from Candance Blevins. Ms Blevins starts you off with a some of the first two books. This was helpful because I have not read the first two books. Angel and Bash butt heads constantly, soon enough we see them engaging in an easy going friendship that is steaming with sexual tension. With this book having a cliffhanger we don't know what is going to happen next. I can't wait till part two. I recommend this book.
