My mom recently re-gave me the Little Mermaid Treasure Chest book collection she had been saving in the attic. I remember loving this book series as a kid. A fun/adventurous one! Ariel writes a letter - sends it in a bottle. Gets a message back - turns out it's Ursula trying to harm her/convince her that her island is better. Very good.
