Informative, yet disturbing -this psychological thriller places the reader in the hot seat, literally. With the main character being the one thumbing it's cardboard pages, My Potty and I constructs itself around the values of time and control (in order to advert disaster). As much as people loathe "self-help" book, I believe this is one of the necessary ones. Chapters provide helpful insights through a narrative storyline; some of which include: locating your genitals, embracing feelings from your genitals, waste managemnt, goal setting, releaving anxiety and building self confidence through mediocre victories.
