Wonderful reads from my childhood, ones I’d certainly suggest for other youngsters. Whilst it is not my all-time favourite childhood series I can still recall the details of these meaning they certainly left a lasting impression upon my young mind.

And isn’t that what we want with children’s books, for them to leave a positive lasting impression?

Miss 3 has devoured Captain Underpants at bedtime each night! She loves reading these (and the movie too!).

Miss 3 and I like to explore different books and authors at the library, sometimes around particular topics or themes. We try to get different ones out every week or so; it's fun for both of us to have the variety and to look at a mix of new & favourite authors.

This books has been a favorite for many people including me and my friends when we were younger. It is a well written book that keeps you laughing. I believe students will enjoy this because of the creativity that is gone into this for the principle to turn into Captain Underpants. I also like that it is a graphic novel, so students can use it as a transition book between picture books and chapter books.

I thought it was really funny and very well-written children's chapter book collection. It had really fantastic illustrations, really funny comedy, really fun adventures, really awesome action, really great characters and really silly story lines. This is going to be one of my favorite children's novel collection box sets I've lately read in my whole life. I highly recommend this book set to both kids and adults.

I bought these 3 books to read with my son, who is just 5 years old. I have to say, I really enjoyed reading these books. They were funny and cute and I loved seeing my son laugh out loud through almost every page. We will definitely be moving on to the next books in the series.

Well, he chose this book all by himself. So what could I say no, not this one? We got it, read it, and now it has mysteriously disappeared to go back to the library.
