An excellent summary of Generals Grant and Lee's lives.

For both the fan and student of history, this book provides an excellent summary of the general's lives that includes their youth, campaigns in Mexico and the American Civil War, and what happened to them after the war.

This book is written about the middle school level. It was written in the early 20th century and completely deifies Lee and almost deifies Grant. Having said that, a kid could enjoy it and learn the basics of each of their lives.
