I don't have diabetes, but I've still found some useful recipes in this book. I really like the kids' chapter, with lots of fun & inventive recipes that kids can make themselves. It won the National Health Information's Bronze Award in 1999.

Some great, wonderful recipes that are pretty interesting. I've used some recipes from here for food prep demos. Try the spicy bean dip... Mmm
