This is a short book - but, really, how much can one say about sweeping? I think it has some good information and I'll be making some adjustments in my game.

good book for curlers. I like how he addresses the long debate on whether sweeping open or closed is better and why

Lots of information in a short book. Great book to start for new curlers learning the techniques of a sweeper, including judging weight. While experienced curlers may have already picked up most of the material through tips and experience, this is a one-stop reference to go back to as a refresher or a reference. Only drawback is there are some personal bias against a few popular practices which were all but ignored, such as the Ferbey weight system.
