A secret formula, nuclear war and revenge. Jackson Quick wants two out of three.
Jackson Quick wants resolution. He's tired of running from his past and his enemies. To end the chase, he embarks on one final mission–find the lone remaining copy of a powerful, earth-changing formula, and hand it over to the man he despises most.
The journey begins when Jackson and his girlfriend, discovered hiding in Northern California, escape and take their lives back into their own hands. With the help of a television reporter, they locate the formula while attempting to play two dangerous men against one another. Somehow they must find their way to the formula–and deliver it without losing control. But as Jackson learns along the way, he's never been in control. His life, from the day he was born, was a conspiracy against him.
Jackson Quick has been living a quiet life with his girlfriend when his past shows up at his doorstep. He had been hoping against all hope that he had left the life of espionage and running far behind. So, to try and regain some sort of normalcy he pits two of his nemesis against one another. He soon discovers that nothing in his life has happened by accident.
Abrahams third novel in A Jackson Quick Adventure series, Hidden Allegiance, is another fast-paced, roller coaster ride of global players vying for world domination. Everything is a mystery and everything is connected.
Congratulations on a series well done! As much as I hate to see it end I am thankful that Sir Spencer will show up in other books.
Save the world… Save themselves… Luck… Great Shooting! That’s what keeps JQ and Bella alive BUT they’re bored. And now that they have nothing to do with their “tools” will they turn into Assets for Francis Bernard, the one guy who read what was happening in their crazy existence right? Tell me, Mr. Abraham… What’s next?
A delightful ending to the series. Enjoyed the book. Lots of twists and turns one would never expect. I don't know what the author's fascination with The Wizard of Oz is, but I definitely like the comparisons.
One last chance to find the process; one last opportunity to discover Quick’s parents secret, and one final option to do away with the duo who have haunted them.

Hidden Allegiance is the third (and final) book in the Jackson Quick series – one that I’ve enjoyed thoroughly. I already loved Abrahams’s post-apocalyptic books, but it was fun to get to read his journey into thrillers. These have all been excellent and have lots of references to other characters that Quick is like (that Jackson usually shrugs off saying he’s nothing like those characters). The other thing that Abrahams is able to do in these books is mention Marcus Battle of The Traveler series fame (I think he’s done it in all three books) but joke about how much of a character he is. Every time it happened I found myself laughing and smiling.
This was one of those books that I kept thinking “okay, this is it”. I couldn’t believe the gamut of things Abrahams had Quick and Bella deal with. Every time things would settle down or seem to get quiet – another thing would happen and they’d be back on the run. I also liked that when they were hiding out at one point that Bella ended up watching the series that this most reminded me of (the Bourne series) as almost a “how-to” guide. I had to pause the book I was laughing so hard.
I wish I could say that at this point I was surprised at how well Abrahams is able to write a book like this, but I’m not. He’s a fantastic author who is able to write compelling stories with realistic (if not a bit overzealous) characters thrown into extraordinary situations. Every book of his that I’ve read follows that sort of the main feeling but they all read so amazingly different. This couldn’t be further from The Traveler, or The Alt Apocalypse, or The Watchers. Each one of those deals with what I said above but in completely different ways. Just fascinating that he’s able to jump around into different genres and write such great stories. Now, that being said, as much as I LOVE his PA books – this series has that “airport thriller” feel to them that I know a lot of authors would kill to be able to write – I think if these books get into the right hands, we’re going to be seeing a lot more Thrillers from Tom.
A exciting conclusion to Jackson and Bella's wild adventures?
I think not! Don't get me wrong. This has been a wild adventure and this was most definitely an exciting conclusion. But I'm pretty sure we're going to see more wild adventures in the future. I just can't picture these two adrenaline junkies sitting back and enjoying the good life. First off, sitting back and taking it easy is a slow death for action adventure addicts and secondly, their good life is constant motion one step ahead of flying lead. I just can't see it.
This has been a wild ride! For Jackson and Bella, the action has put them at the forefront of close pursuit, always waiting for the next bullet or knife blade to penetrate a vital organ. There will always be some egomaniacal moron thinking that they're more than all that and needing the Jackson Quick solution. Wherever the trouble sits, Jackson and Bella will be there to fluff its pillows and slide an explosive whoopie cushion underneath. And there will always be someone to pay them to perform.
Other than Jackson, Bella and Mack the characters are a delightful mix of murder and mayhem. Scratch that, Jackson and Bella are right in with the mayhem and, if called for, a little murder also. That doesn't make them bad, it makes them readable! The storyline is science fiction with a touch of science fact and a barrel full of science maybe. That doesn't make it whimsical, on the contrary, it scares the hell out of me. I guess that's why I love it so much! I can't wait to read the further adventures of Jackson Quick! I know it's coming!
An absolutely outstanding book! This third book in the adventures of Jackson Quick was an amazing rush. Filled with action, planning, intrigue, conspiracy and challenges, it was a non-stop thrill to read.
As the relationship between Quick and Bella evolves, their 'hidden' lives are suddenly thrust back into the media spotlight. Their ultimate desire to keep ultra top-secret information out of the wrong hands steadily becomes more crucial and more dangerous.
The consistent flashbacks to Quick's memories of his parents, their life lessons for him, and their very natures creates a warm, yet tragic tone to what his life ultimately became. This book was a perfect culmination of his talents and his morality.
Multiple invigorating and incredibly complex situations make this a fantastic read! I highly recommend this entire 'Allegiance' series to anyone looking for an outstanding and thrilling read.
