Ashley feels like she's in limbo. Realizing she doesn't want to be a teacher after getting her degree in lower elementary education, she moves from Montana to New York City to live with her crazy aunt. When the opportunity to be a nanny in Texas comes up, she jumps at it. It's not until she's flown there does she understand that she'll be living with the child and his very sexy single father. Not looking for romance, she tries to keep her thoughts off the father and on her young charge.
Barrett Dalton is at a loss for what to do when he finds his newborn child on his doorstep. Calling a nanny agency seems to be the only logical solution. The nanny causes his blood to boil in a completely unexpected way. Telling himself over and over that she's there to take care of his child isn't enough. Will Barrett be able to convince Ashley that she's not only the perfect mother for his son, but that she's also the perfect wife for him? Or will she continue to see only his bad boy image and not the caring man he really is?

Does Not Disappoint

Ashley becomes the nanny to Barrett Dalton's son. Barrett is a triplet and a descendant of Walton Dalton. This hilarious story leaves you laughing and wondering what will happen next! After this book, read Cage (The Maid) and Archer (The Advisor) for the entire Dalton saga. Kirsten Osbourne is a genius with her plot lines and perfect with her pairing up with authors!

A nice change

I liked the characters, but could have done without the description of sex. I like the author, just not the need for details of the marriage act.

Light and Fun Romance! The kind Kirsten Osbourne does best!

This Dalton Boy (Barrett) was indeed fabulous, as was the story! This was a fun read that I really enjoyed!

Ashley had interviewed at a domestic agency hoping to be placed as a nanny when she became disenchanted with teaching. She didn't feel like teachers could make a difference anymore because it has become simply teaching the children to take a standardized test. That's not real education. While on a break she finally gets a call that there is a placement available, but she would have to fly out the next day and commit to a one-month trial period. So, the next day, she boarded a plane heading for Texas. Little did Ashley know that she would be living with THE Dalton triplets her Aunt Lachele was talking about just the other day.

Should Ashley just turn around and go back to New York, or honor her commitment to stay for a month? One look at Baby Dalton and she fell in love. This baby needed her.

If you are looking for a nice, light, fun read, be sure to give Kirsten Osbourne's The Nanny a try. You won't be disappointed!!!

Sometimes I crave reading these type of books where the characters are sexy and the romance it's fast and fun. This morning I wanted to read something quick, fun and fluffy but this ended being very poor. I understand these books most of the time are love at first glance and "let's marry and make babies" but I have read a lot of these type of books and this one left me unsatisfied. It was very unrealistic, plus some topics didn't really closed the whole idea. I didn't enjoy anything about this books except Baby Dalton.

Hmmm I don't really know what I think about this book... or what to say... It wasn't bad... but neither good... It was WAY TOO rushed and unrealistic. Especially the way Barrett and Ashley fell in love (sort of) or the way they got married.. It was all too cheesy and made me roll my eyes and cringe most of the time. I'm not even sure that I liked the lead characters. No, actually, I know I didn't like them for 2/3 of the book.
All in all not an awful read, but not remarkably good. Just barely nice. But still I'm curious to read more of the Dalton boys.

Sex on a stick is what Barrett Dalton was called by Ashley's aunt and when she shows up as baby Dalton's nanny she can report YES he is Sex on a stick but more.

This is one of three parts of a series written by three authors about triplets and have to say this is one of my favorites. A man who will take a baby who is left in a basket on his doorstep without even doing a DNA test and say he is mine. OHHHHHH
Short read. But a good fun read.

A story about a woman that went to school to be a teacher and decided that was not what she wanted. She put in for a nanny job and they called her to go to Texas to work for Barrett Dalton to take care of his son. they fell in love and got married at Elvis's in Vegas

Good gravy this is a sweet story!

I loved The story about Barrett and Ashley because it was very sweet. The author had me when she said Ashley didn't want to teach kids how to take a test! The story is fast paced and I love a happy ending!

Should be a zero star rating

Who publishes trash like this?

First and foremost, storyline moved at the speed of light. Thus, no character or plot line development. It is a wham bam thank you ma'am kind of story. At least it was mercifully short and it was free

Horrible...

I like this book. Can't wait to read part 3, next. This was good. But, both books need more romance in them.

Good story

I liked that Ashley fell in love with the baby first, then the father. The baby's mother was a total money grubbing whore

A quick and easy read, with a sweet storyline. One of the Dalton boys got landed with a baby and finds himself in need of a nanny. Predictable but I enjoyed the story.
