Warning: love on the rocks.

But if there's one thing I know, it's that Hunter is worth a shot. Or two. He better line them up, because after tonight, I'm never drinking again.

Get ready for a whole lot of emotional whiskey-dick. Hunter hems and haws and we watch his emotions rise and fall without warning while he laments about the loss of his company and the perceived betrayal by Ally.

Thank fuck that Ally is one strong girl who refuses to give up. After a completely legitimate pity party, she is relentless in pursuing the money shot. She's determined to get Hunter back on track at any cost - even if it throws her pride on the line.

Lila once again makes me laugh and leaves me with a smile. This is a romcom series that has angst, sweetness and plenty of sexy heat. Ally and Hunter are fantastic together when they work as a team and plot how they're going to remedy the Douchebros' atrocity of an advertising campaign and put the Knox name back on the lips of the public without leaving a sour taste in their mouths.

Fun, flirty and fiery, Ally is a strong heroine who isn't afraid to put in the work to get what she wants while Hunter still has the ability to make her knees weak with the flash of a grin. (after he manages to get his head on straight *winkwink*).

Lila works her magic in this final installment, and left me tipsy on their love. 5 stars!

First I need to thank Lila and Give Me Books for allowing me a copy of this installment to read in exchange for an honest review.

Holy Smokes! I think this is the best yet! I realllly do. Hunter is just... Yummy too. (Shifty eyes) He's a helluva man. And Ally is just a badmamajama!!!

***

Ally is at it again. Yes, she messed up but dang can the gal make up for it! After weeks of wallowing in her own sorrow seeing a commercial for Knox Liquor her need to fix this mess, get Hunter's name back in the game. Even if Hunter doesn't want her to be in his face. And no he is like an angry bear woken up from hibernating when she finally tracks him down in the woods.. Talk about a creepy night.

I give Ally this, girlfriend is so not one to back down from a fight. Good thing too. Because Hunter makes her work for his time and attention. Men. It's just what they do. It also takes Ally some time to get through to Hunter. And just when she thinks all is lost.... and she should give up.... genius happens. And the race is on! Hunter and Ally make it clear that they are one helluva power couple. When they go after something they get it. They're like a hungry dog after a bone. All growls and snarls until they can sashay off smugly. The theme song to Rocky playing. Why? Cause they kicked ass and let the world know they will not go down without a fight.

I've come to terms with the fact that since Hunter is an alpha male, when he broods it's meanly and he lashes out, “we were barely anything.” Hunter’s voice seemed to answer my very thoughts. “And then it ended. Now, can you please be quiet? This conversation is putting me to sleep.” Ally isn't afraid to let her man know how much she needs him, “please, Hunter,” I whimpered. “I need you, I need you too, I’ll make you feel so good, I swear—” I was babbling, my brain overloaded with hormones, but my hands knew what they were doing, sliding down that strong chest towards his belt, unbuckling it and unbuttoning his pants." Hunter is a smart man he knows when he has something good, and that good being all that's Ally, “want to sink into you,” he murmured against my skin. “Want to sink into you and be with you always, be strong with you, feel you with me, feel you around me—” This was a great ending to the series, I'm glad that Hunter got what he deserved because he was a hard working man.

I hate and love serials. This particular one like, it wasn't the normal fall for a billionaire. No, they met in a bar instant attraction. Allie, the marketing genius that she is lands Knox Bourbon project. Then it all starts from there. They embark on a romantic relationship, while the work along side one another. Allie's work colleges thinks she is sleeping with the client so she stop her and Hunter relationship. In the second part she finds hat Hunter is dating her sister. Thought it isn't what is seems. He is actually helping her and secretly wants to get a rise out of her and admit it affects her. Things were said and trust was thrown out the window. This picks up right were part two ended.

Allie is in a stupor, she has been sulking while Hunter is sulking as well in his lonesome. I love that being her stubborn self she pushes his button and get him to stop. This last part ties everything in it altogether. Chuck and the Douche Bros. all I have to ay is KARMA is a BITCH! The last couple chapter were funny you'll understand once you've read it. Hunter can be so sweet sometimes its like he is the king of swoon. I'm sad to see this serial end but, it was lovely nonetheless.

There is a ridiculous smile stuck on my face. My cheeks hurt, but I am not complaining. Billionaire With a Twist Part 3 is the perfect ending to this witty, sexy and mouth watering series. I could not put my kindle down.

Ally and Hunter are the perfect pair. My new favorite of Lila's. Their fighting, brooding, attempts at resisting each other, and making up provide all of the key notes in the delicious concoction that makes up this series. The clever banter and inner monologues provide for an entertaining read, while the suspense and plot twists add for another level of emotion, giving the reader an unforgettable experience.

As always, I am beyond eager to see what Lila cooks up next. With each series, her writing matures and she lets herself shine through. I would not want her, or her books, any other way.

Billionaire With a Twist 3 by Lila Monroe

Ohhhh Miss Lila Monroe!!! I think I have a new favorite series!! This series was amazing. Filled with sexiness, angst, humor, food porn, and BOURBON!!! And did I mention sexy. What I've been basically saying with the last two books in this series is the same. I loved it just like the other two. Except it just got better!!
I'm not going to rehash everything I said in the previous two reviews. I don't want to give anything away. So I will say this. BUY THE BOOK! Lila writes some of the hottest and sexiest billionaires around. Her signature trademark humor shines through her characters. And the sexy times....holy cannoli!!! And always a great story!! With a perfect conclusion that makes me feel drunk from happiness or for the amount of bourbon that is consumed in this book!! It's quite intoxicating!!!

So grab yourself a bourbon. Get cozy. And snuggle up with Hunter Knox!! A definite 1-click!!

Billionaire with a Twist 3 delivers a fast paced, smack down twist. I could not put this book down. This is by far my favorite Lila Monroe series.

Times are tough for Ally. She made a drunken mistake that assisted with the possible end of the Knox Bourbon legacy. After viewing the new, horrific Knox Bourbon commercial, Ally decides she has to make things right but first she will need to win back Hunter's trust.

This story is a real page turner. There were some interesting predicaments that led me to read quicker. I found myself cheering on Ally from start to finish. When she stood up for herself I started fist punching the air. Needless to say I really enjoyed the story. Lila Monroe continues to surprise me with her creative plots. She always leaves me smiling at the end.

As the book began, I got right on board the pity train that Ally was riding. I was legitimately strung out about how in the world Ally was going to dig herself out of the big ass hole that was created by the explosion of her drunk talking big mouth in book #2. Much to my relief, Lila made things all better in ways I never could have seen coming. This book had me frustrated, hopeful, swooning, jealous (I may have wanted to keep Hunter for myself) and relived. Lila honey, seriously. There is no good reason for this series to end now! Hunter and Ally still have places to go, things (ahem, more sex) to do. Hunter wasn't a quitter so you shouldn't be either! ;)

Hunter has been pushed out as CEO of his company and all Ally can do is blame herself. If she hadn’t got so drunk and vented to Chuck he wouldn’t have used what she said against her; but she wouldn’t have been so drunk in the first place if Hunter hadn’t been pretending to date her sister. He has lost the one thing he cares about and now all she can think about is trying to get it back, and hoping in the process getting him back aswell. She just has to find him first.

Hunter is off hiding in a log cabin licking his wounds and the last person he wants to see is Ally but she has other ideas. After seeing the disaster of an ad that the idiots at her office have come up with she knows she has to do something to get Hunter his company back before its too late. To say she doesn’t get a warm welcome would be putting it mildly but Ally is not one to give up that easily and will do whatever it takes to get through to him – getting him riled up might be just the thing.

After coming together on some common ground, and some tasty beer, Hunter admits that he was only taking it out on her as an excuse. He hates the fact that he has let his employees down and is ruining his family name. Ally just thinks that he needs to build something of his own and only after asking where he got the amazing beer from does she know just where to start. Hunter has been experimenting with bourbon beer for a while now and Ally knows that it would be a great product to sell if marketed the right way by the right person – her.

With working together so close like before the tension starts to build once more, it never really left. They want each other as much as ever but don’t know whether to risk starting something again when so much hangs in the balance. They need to let their hair down and have some fun while they can because when they do its electrifying.

Now they have the idea for bourbon beer its full steam ahead, they just have to get the money to back it, samples made, marketing projects up and running and all before the big liquor expo in Martinville – simple right? With Ally and Hunter at the helm together again it just might be.

Again I am still loving Ally’s inner thoughts, mainly when she is thinking of all the things she wants to do to Hunter when they are meant to be working – focus girl! Love that Chuck and the idiots Ally used to work for all get their comeuppance in the end and how Ally finally had it out with her mother – needed to happen to clear the air. Great ending to a great book, I loved this series from start to finish and would definitely recommend it. Few hours reading in the sunshine on a lazy Sunday afternoon – perfect!

Lila left us hanging after that killer cliffhanger in Part Two, but she brings us Part Three and make everything right with the world again. Well at least for some all is good, while other not so much.

Hunter's words as he walked away from Ally rocked her to the core. She's lost someone special after her actions cost Hunter everything and her job is in jeopardy since she can't even seem to make it into the office. After numerous attempts, Hunter still won't return her calls or texts. Although she knows that wallowing in self pity can only last so long, she needs something to kick her butt into gear. And that kick is in the form of a TV ad. Now's she's more determined than ever to get to Hunter and make things right, even if they can never be together.

Hunter's been MIA and not likely to appear any time soon. He's let his family, friends, and himself down. He is out of the company expect for his shares, but what good is that when the Knox name no longer holds the weight it used to. On the surface, he blames Ally but really, he blames himself.

When Ally finally finds Hunter, well let's just say that it's not a friendly encounter. But Ally is feisty and on a mission, one that she will not give up on no matter what Hunter says. She's just got to get a plan together and then convenience Hunter to act.

Knox Liquors may be out, but Hunter Knox has a passion that he's been keeping secret and now that Ally knows it, well she's kicking butt and taking names. They must work together to make their dream a reality and prove that Hunter is no shrinking violet. We've all made mistakes before, it's how we choose to learn from lessons to discover the type of person we can become.

With each passing day, the sexual tension grows but can they really make a go of it while maintaining a working relationship? And more to the point, is that something they really want? So much has happened that they have to ask if they can trust each other again.

This series is epic to say the least. It proves that a chance encounter, no matter how spontaneous, can change your life forever. Hunter is this reader's favorite Lila hero, but don't tell Asher or Grant. Ally is strong and independent that will go after what she wants even if it's the hard road. Together they are an unstoppable pair that will take the world by storm. This storyline is everything you would want from Lila Monroe with a healthy shot of liquid gold. By far my favorite series to date!

Book 3 in the finale of Billionaire With a Twist was full of emotional ups and downs. I was so worried after how book 2 left the MC- Ally is a strong woman but wow, she is had to go thru some things to come out the other side in this 3rd story and her and Hunter- Oh their love story is tumultuous – you can tell there is love but after some thing that the bros brothers did to them( what a complete jerks they are) , I had despaired that they would EVER get back together. Basically Ally is seen as having betrayed Hunter when she didn’t but it will be awhile before Hunter will realize this –he is too wrapped up at watching his livihood being ripped apart from within and too busy being angry and hurt-yes hurt, at Ally. So while Hunter is coming to grips with what is going on, Ally is trying to figure out how to get Hunter to talk to her again and listen—and this is AFTER she had to big CRYING jags.. After that, Ally went to work on getting Hunter to make her listen to her. She is willing to help him get the money he needs to make his dreams a success- even if he never wants her in his life…There is laughs, the chemistry is off the chain and the banter between Hunter and Ally-it is awesome…and all I have to say is remember this…KARMA is a B*tch. Just remember that when reading the ending of the story. It wraps up everything in a nice bow. I enjoyed the tone of the story and everything flowed really well. No bad parts, no lapses, great story, good solid characters and supporting characters, including the baddies . I would say this makes it a very well rounded story and I cannot wait to see what the author’s next story will be.

Finally Ally grows a backbone to both her mother and boss. How that man is not sued for harassment I have no clue.

Why did Hunter have to completely start over, he should have kept it all.

Whew!! This series has had me feeling like I was all twisted up, not knowing what was going to happen next and I was afraid for this last installment. I should've known I could trust Lila to wrap everything up perfectly just how it ought to be, and more.

Not only is this book the story of Hunter and Ally working things out, but also of him taking back his legacy. The story begins with Hunter devastated that he's ruined his family name and Ally heartbroken because he blames her and wants nothing to do with her ever again. She decides that regardless of his feelings for her personally, she has to do something about fixing the business mistakes she was unwittingly a part of.

The current advertising campaign for Knox Bourbon is sleazy and just plain horrible. The sales and stock market prove it, they're running themselves into the ground without Hunter's leadership and input. He may be angry at Ally, but he knows deep down he's really just angry at himself. Ally's actually the one to give him an idea for a whole new company and new alcoholic product. By working together they rekindle the flames in their hearts for each other and they also make Hunter's family name worth something again.

The ending was worth those cliffhangers we were stuck with in the first two! Any romance lover will enjoy this series.

This series was like bourbon, sweet and packing a punch. I really wasn't expecting to like this series as much as i did. There's was something in this plot that captivated me since the beginning. The main characters were likable and very down-to-earth. Ally fierceness and perseverance and Hunter and sweetness and stubbornness won me over. And God that man is stubborn as mule sometimes.

This series not talking about billionaire with ultimate power, it's a lady book. Allison is a smart lady, she guides Hunter, the billionaire how to do his business, Hunter seems a weak man in those books. Not the one man in great all the time.

It's powerful lady leads the business.

This series stared out with promise but it tanked quickly!
The h spent 70% of the 3 books drunk and mouthing off.
the H had no real backbone, no matter how many times the h tried to convince us he's the greatest in the world!!!
plus, what the hell with the family dynamics?!!

One last thing, in the first book the H mentions he has a stash of food because he's went hungry before so he hides it for security but the author never touched on that in the later books, In fact all his memories and stories of family sound great , and he grew up wealthy so I didn't get why that was thrown in there

Ally and Hunter's story. He owns a distillery and she's in the advertising business. I've been on a tear reading Lila Monroe books and there are some repeating themes. Science fiction, Sherlock Holmes, other mysteries, and men who don't take women seriously. This one has the band of douche bros... who want to make a really terrible advertising campaign, versus Ally's good one.

There's steamy scenes and a bit of heartbreak, and a questionable development between Ally's sister and Hunter, but overall it was a fun read.

I read all three parts as one, an additional book added into Mr. Right-Now. I honestly loved the technicalities of bourbon and beer and southern manners and expectations. I feel like the drama wasn't as terrible or easy to spot as it could have been and I really enjoyed all of the characters. It's a hot and sweet romance that felt more realistic than some others in this genre. I was a little annoyed by how overplayed the creepy, leery men thing was, but it fit.

Allison has already lost Hunter Knox's company for him, but she's determined to save the day, is it too late though? I love the banter, I love the characters, and I love the plot. Lila Monroe is seriously turning into one of my favorite authors. You won't be disappointed with this electric series!

Will the third time be the charm?

Sexy bourbon billionaire Hunter Knox hired me to turn around the failing family business, but I wound up losing him the company he loves. Alright, we’ve had the affair in the first part, then the sister in the second part with the disastrous epic fail of the company marketing scheme which effectively ended the relationship between Hunter and Ally, and here we are in part three with two individuals who are miserable beyond anything they’ve every felt but they are unable to go beyond their pain to realize they are made for each other. And all I’m thinking while I read is “when in the world will they wake up??!?!” It’s impossible to have two geniuses be that stupid. Then again, that’s what made this series so entertaining: no matter how good these two were in their fields, Ally in marketing and Hunter running his business, which is knowing what is good in terms of the product to be sold, they are still human, capable of making mistakes and reacting like humans. Those aspects kept me coming back for more, frustrated me to no ends each time I finished each novel and realized I came face to face to a cliffhanger of the century and still had to wait for the next part to come out before finding out how it’ll turn out. The worst part in all of this? You can’t help but be pulled into this love story and root that they find their happy ending, but still feel cheated that it means it’s the end. Lila Monroe will absolutely remain on my watch list, an author that I will look forward to her next novel with great impatience. So if you ask me if I recommend this novel, absolutely with great enthusiasm and even mention that you must read parts one and two before part three.

So after the cliffhanger we had with the last book, things look pretty grim for our favourite couple. Ally is depressed and not able to pull out of her funk. But when she sees what's happened to Hunter's new ad, she is energized to do something:

*I was going to save Hunter. Whether he wanted me to or not.*

It's not easy, believe me. It takes a while for Ally to get through to Hunter but when she does, they formulate a great plan. You have to admire Ally's determination to help Hunter. She knows that she made a mistake and wants to make things right. It also means working closely with Hunter again ;) And you know what that means!

*I knew what that kiss had meant to me. But what had it meant to him? And how long until I could find out?*

description

So while trying to find a way to get back at Chuck and his minions, the chemistry between Ally and Hunter can't be denied. But has enough time passed for him to forgive her?

There are some great scenes between Ally and her mother in this book. It seems that she has gained some confidence and determination because Ally not only tells her mother what she feels but also her boss! Now that was a great scene! Plus the plan that she concocts with Hunter is diabolical. And Chuck finally gets what he deserves. And don't worry, there's lots of steaminess to enjoy as well ;) The book finally ends without a cliffhanger so no more sleepless nights. But in order for you to know what happens to Ally and Hunter, well, you'll have to read it for yourself :)

There's something for everyone in this series. Laughter, sadness, anger and, of course, lots of naughtiness ;) So if you want a great series with a hot alpha male, great female lead who doesn't take no for an answer... then you better grab yourself a copy now.

I can’t believe we are at the last book in this series already. I love the writing by Lila Monroe and her Billionaire books.

You can tell straight away that this will be a kick ass ending just by the sure will power of Ally and her determination not to give up. Hunter on the other hand needs a small push in that direction.

Hunter, bless him, he is so dejected that you really do feel for him and totally get where he is coming from but god bless Ally. Yes she is downhearted at the beginning and is in a woe is me mode by the whole situation she is in but boy does she get her groove back on and with a vengeance.

I loved how strong and supportive and just driven Ally is, she is a woman on a mission and no one is going to stop her and I just loved how Lila portrayed that.

Once Ally convinces Hunter to give things another go and get back on board with her plans there is not stopping these two and the old chemistry is back, the heat between them is still there and try as they might, they cannot resist each other for long. The great thing about these two is that not only to the work hard they play hard as well but they know what the end goal is which makes them unstoppable.

This book is filled with laughter and love and you can’t help but giggle at points but Ooooh and Ahhh at other points. It also makes you fall in love with these characters very easily.

One of the things I love about this series and Lila’s books is the ease in which you can read them and get lost in the moment but you are also falling in love with the story and characters. Lila makes it so easy to read, her writing is flawless.

These books I feel would be so good a miniseries on TV they are that good and I have no doubt would be a smash hit.

This series is a MUST for everyone who loves a good story, intrigue and a girl kicking Ass.
