I usually never rate books below 3-4 stars, you can check my past reviews however this book broke my rating spell.
I have so many issues with the book that I don't know from where to start.
First off I have major problem with the writing style. The sentences are so short that you feel disoriented. Secondly the flow of story. I felt so disconnected that I couldn't go past 20% of the book before tossing my kindle away.
This story is about a billionaire proposing a deal to a normal jane. Plot looks promising but I am afraid it didn't work out for me.
It might be rude on my behalf to rate a book so low especially when its an ARC but I am sorry this one definitely going under my DNF shelf.

I am writing this review after I have finished all four books in the series. I hope I do not give too much away. I overall liked the series and give it 4 stars.
I particularly not care for Episode 1 and that is why I gave it three stars and I am not sure why I kept reading. I think it may have been the fact that it was midnight and I was not in the mood to look for a new book and just decided to get the next book in the series or maybe it was because I do kind of (secretly) like the quiet types like Blake, the hero.
I liked the heroine, Kat and I liked the hero Blake. However, in Episode 1 everything was fast. I mean FAST.
Kat was a hard working person and also very innocent. There were no time for boyfriends when you had to work all the time and then take care of her sister. Kat's parent died three years before and there was little to no money left in the inheritance so Kat worked just to have a roof over their heads and food in the frig. Kat wanted only the best for her sister and at first I was nervous that Kat's sister was going to be a little brat. I was worried that Kat was going to work all the time, while her sister would just sit around and wait for her sister to being home the pay check, but it was not like that. I really liked the sister.
Kat was applying for a job when she did not get because of her appearance. She trips and runs into Blake.
Bottom line, this one of those series that I am glad I did not give up on.

First off Thank you so much Crystal for bringing this book to my attention! I absolutely fail in LOVE with Blake and Kat. Blake is the billionaire CEO who is in search of a woman to be his fake girlfriend in help of bettering his reputation. Kat is the luck waitress who runs smack into Blake on her way out of an interview. Little does Kat know that running into Blake will help her with all her financial issues.
So if you are looking for a well written hot billionaire book please give The Billionaire's deal a try. I fell in love with this book right from the very first sentence and just couldn't put it down. Off to read episode 2!

After reading The Billionaire Deal as a beta read. I could not stop thinking about Kat and Blake and decided to re-read each episode to write my review.
I love their story! Kat’s a hard working twenty-one year old trying to make ends meet and take care of her high school sister. Blake is a billionaire who knocks Kat off her feet one day leaving her with a sprain ankle. Once Blake learns more about Kat he pursues her and makes her a deal.
In this episode they are finding their way with the deal and keeping emotions out of it. There is a cliffhanger, that will have you getting the next book ASAP to continue their story.
I loved everything about this episode. It’s believable, hot, sexy, fast-paced with great writing and lots of detail with some mystery as to why Blake needs the deal.
Crystal Kaswell is definitely one of my new favorite authors!!!

Kat Wilder is 21 years old and for the last few years has been taking care of her sister who is now 18 years old. Their parents dies a few years ago and Kat has been trying to keep them feed and housed, while trying to get her sister to go to college. While leaving a Job interview she runs into Blake and gets knocked down. Kat hurts her ankle but needs to keep going as she is due into work. Blake tries to help her with her injury but Kat has none of it. A few days later while she is at work Blake comes into the restaurant where Kat works. There Blake makes Kat a bargain/deal that if she posses as his girlfriend for a period of time to convince his dying mother that they are together then he will pay off her debts and help her sister go to college. Kat takes him up on the deal but they soon find that they are both really attracted to each other. This was a nice quick read. I really enjoyed it.

How can I afford to pay for it plus rent and everything else. Blake needs a fake girlfriend. He told me he'll never fall in love but we have to act like we're madly in love. He takes me to the company's party. There I meet business partners. His mother and sister. Low and behold he proposes.

No Deal with the Billionaire
Well okay so you have a young woman, Kat, who bumps into a man, Blake, by accident and off we go. He tracks her down to give her a proposal beyond belief and offers her everything to her hearts content. The thing is how do you portray your in love with someone when you haven’t ever had sex in your life. Her first time is in full description with all the whistles and bells with a little kink thrown in. But in the end is Kat getting what she wants or needs or is Blake leading her down a proverbial path of wanton destruction. Can’t wait to read the next book to see where this goes.

I was given this book for an honest review. I will start I am an avid reader of romance, but I like books that are somewhat believable, like someone winning the lottery, you know it happens, maybe just not to you, but you dream about it. THIS BOOK HAS THAT, well it did for me. It is very well written and the characters are believable. I even believe the plot of the book is believable. You do have to remember books are fast paced and they put a lot in a short amount of time. Think of "speed" dating.... Then you can say, HE!! yes, this could happen. THAT IS WHAT I LIKE.
I am not one to give you the story line, after all it is there already, enough for you to decide if you are interested or not. If you on the edge I say take the plunge and read it, all though it is in 4 parts (I have read all 4 parts). * The release schedule as I have been told is: 2nd Episode 7/31; 3rd Episode 8/14 and the conclusion on 8/28 so about every two weeks. I am new to this writer, so I am hope she sticks to the release dates.* I thoroughly enjoy the book and am looking forward to seeing if she writes anything else.
Now to Episode 1-- I would say off to great start---definitely ends with you wanting more (as any book being written in installments should) there were great steamy scenes, but also great insight into characters but not enough where you knew where the whole book was going...you had questions that needed to be answers, but you also wanted to see where the chemistry between the two was going.

This is the first part of a sexy new series, and it really does get off to a good start with this book. It is a fairly short read, but it has an intriguing storyline and interesting characters. The ending surprised me and really left me wanting to read the next instalment as soon as possible.
Kat is down on her luck and desperately needs money or she faces losing her family home. When she accidentally runs into billionaire Blake Sterling, he offers her a rather unusual solution to her problems. He will give her a job - but the job is pretending to be his girlfriend! Initially shocked by his suggestion, Kat begins to think that it may not be such a bad idea. After all Blake is not exactly hard on the eye and the chemistry between them is sizzling hot.
Crystal Kaswell is a new author to me, but I will be looking out for more of her books as I really enjoyed this one. It's well written, the story flows well and it sets up the story nicely for the following parts. The Billionaire's Deal episode 1 receives four out of five stars.

The premise of this book is similar to many others I've read: sexy, billionaire alpha male meets average, cute female and proposes a contract that may or may not lead from just sex to more serious feelings...
Episode One covers the first encounter between Kat and Blake, the deal that they enter into, and ends with a gala event with a surprising cliffhanger. Things happened so fast and I felt this first episode ended rather abruptly. Don't get me wrong, I love a juicy cliffhanger as much as anyone, but I feel I just needed more. More time to connect to the characters. More time for them to connect to each other.
I did enjoy the sexual tension between the two main characters. Blake definitely has a commanding presence when it comes to the sex. I especially liked the scene in the limo after their first meeting to discuss their arrangement. Hot!
I did enjoy the cliffy ending to this first episode in the series, and I fully intend to read the next one because I want to know what happens. I give this book 3 stars.

I really liked this episode, I have to say that in the beginning the pair...,,,interacted too fast? It seemed the meeting was rushed and the sex way, way too early in the book for me. Normally I don't mind it, but it has too fit the characters. For these two, Kat was WAY too trusting or too horny for good judgement.
I gotta say I LOVE ALL the biting scenes! LOL. You rarely see a guy do that in non paranormal books. I also liked that the story seemed..,,real? No murder or blackmail from an ex or co- worker. I wasn't a fan of Fiona (Blake's sister) but her interference made sense from where she's coming from. Even tho I wish she'd just leave them alone! XD
I love Meryl! I liked her as soon as I "saw" her, and my heart warmed up to Blake a little more at the love he showed his mom even though he doesn't express it well.
I read this episode in less than 1 day, and I'm glad to have read it. I'm a Kat/Blake fan for sure! Plus gotta have all those STEAMY scenes!

I like these guys, they are impulsive and honest. I like the way the characters seem to be so smooth yet are obviously conflicted and confused about what is happening/what they are doing.
I want more, there is so much I want to know about them, about their lives before.
I want some explanations about their sex life too. Kat is sooooo accepting of Blake, I love it, she is obviously well and truly into his thang, but why? how is he so sure she will capitulate without explanation o what he does to her...
and why can't they both see that by doing so, she proves she is perfect for him and he is for her?
I guess it comes across as them against the world at large and his sister, but really they are fighting themselves and each other...
I was hooked after the first few pages I can honestly say I loved the book
I want more, there is so much I want to know about them, about their lives before.

Blake is blasé, timid, aloof but intriguing.
Kat is determined, strong-willed, and inundated with her life's direction.
She becomes scattered, overwhelmed, feeble with Blake's intensity.
Their individual family values, solidarity locks them into a contract & interpersonal relationship...
Their sexual encounters are steamy but very detached (in this episode).
The story ends with a cliffhanger that is not expected and draws you into reading the next episode!
Personally this episode is not my favorite, but the rest of the book/episodes suck you into a fascinating, intriguing, romantic & passionate story you won't be able to put down! Full of a emotional roller coaster!

Great beginning to the series. We meet Kat as she is interviewing for a new job. She is the sole caretaker for her younger sister after a tragic accident that claimed the life of both of her parents. She put her life on hold to make sure her sister has all she needs.
At the conclusion of the less than promising interview, Kat runs into our gorgeous Blake. He is the strong and silent type, but wants to make sure that Kat is o.k. after she suffers a small injury from their literal "run in". Blake has an interest in Kat and decides to pursue her and make an offer she cannot refuse.
The characters are well developed. As it is the first book, we do not have all of the back story for Blake yet, but what we have is intriguing and makes you want more. Dont forget about the hot and sexy scenes either. those are always yummy! I can't wait for the next book.

I received this book for an honest review.
I read the synopsis and straight away I knew I had to read it, it was is 100% the kind of book I love to read! Who doesn't enjoy reading about a struggling young women who tries to remain strong and an alpha male who is all to happy to help.
Blake and Kat meet after bumping into each other in the street, straight away he wants to take care of her, I like how the story progressing in this part. Crystal gives you enough detail to be gripped to the book but not too much so you are skimming the pages. She sets things up for a really interesting and exciting story.
There is a cliffhanger that will keep you wanting more.... It left me going :0 I cant wait to read the next part, really excited about this book.

I was giving this book for an honest review. I enjoyed this story. It was a fast paced read and I was very surprised when I came to the end. The Characters and story line are believable. I can't wait to see were Kat and Blake's relationship goes. I loved meeting Blake's mom and I am looking forward to her in other books. maybe, she can loosen Blake up a bit. I'm not a fan of Blake's sister but can understand she has a lot going on. This book is hot, hot,hot on the sex. I think at one point my eyes was sweating. Looking forward to the next book. If you like romance, heart warming family twist, with lots of steamy,eye sweating sex this is the book for you.

I truly loved Scene 1!!! I enjoyed how quickly the story started with Kat running into Blake, causing her to fall down on the sidewalk. Almost immediately, he propositioned her to be his 'pretend' girlfriend. Having a younger sister to take care of, it is an offer she'd be insane to pass up.
I was surprised at how quickly their attraction to each other took off. The limo rides were very steamy and getting past the dressing room without catching my own breath was a shocker! Can't wait to start Scene 2!!!

I received an ARC copy for an honest review. I loved this story. It sets up nice with Kat trying to find a way to pay for her younger sisters college education. She literally runs into Blake outside a restaurant where she was applying for a job. He has an offer she can't refuse. Be his fake girlfriend for six months to a year and she will have no financial worries. She takes the deal and the whirlwind begins. He keeps upping the ante and she keeps playing along. Can't wait to read the next in this series.

I was given this book for my honest review
I wasn't sure what I was going into when reading this book. This is my first read by this author and I must admit an amazingly hot one.
Blake and Kat's journey is fun, smart-mouth, sexy and refreshing.
The sex is hot and dominating.
My final review for this amazing series will be done at end of episode 4

I wasn't sure what I was going into when reading this book. This is my first read by this author and I must admit an amazingly hot one.
Blake and Kat's journey is fun, smart-mouth, sexy and refreshing.
The sex is hot and dominating.
My final review for this amazing series will be done at end of episode 4

This was a Kindle Unlimited read for me and all my reviews are honest. I really enjoyed episode one and I liked Kat. She had a tough as nails exterior with a bit of a soft vulnerable interior. I personally don't feel the writing itself was disjointed but the sentences were sometimes very short and at times affected the flow of an otherwise well written book on a subject that could have been cheesy. I am looking forward to episode two.

Well! I'm hooked! Loved how this started for our main characters (even though it's not original). There is something in the writing, or the story that compels you to keep reading, and that's exactly what I've done :)
Problem is, this book needs some editing.. the mistakes in it keeps you from focusing on the story and gets you to look for other mistakes..
Still, it was a gripping read and I'm off to read the next one ;)

I read all three books in one day and was looking for the fourth one which is coming out today and I will definitely get. I get Kara and I understand her. Blake is already in love with her but can't admit it because he's scared. Great love story of not just the romantic kind, but of family as well. Great read.

Kat has been taking care of her sister since her parents passed away. She just wants what's best for her sister. She runs into Blake a rich hot man that needs a girlfriend because he wants to make his mom happy before she dies. Great start to the series makes you want to read more.

The plot isn't too bad, but I can only recomend this one if you enjoy page after page after page of sex.

Long Story Short.... I finished this book in one sitting yesterday and I couldn't even remember the characters names today. that about says it all. 2 stars and I'm being waaaaaaaaaay generous.
