It's so pretty! I love invocations to goddesses and mother earth and the design and flow of this book was playing to the earthy woman in me.

I think these spells have as much efficacy as a religious prayer (provides emotional comfort and strength to the sender but packs no external punch) but I will give props for the book presentation!

While this doesn't match the exact path that I am on, it was still useful for generating ideas and for keeping my mind more centered and aware of the season changes. It is a beautifully designed book and has a lot to offer. I'm glad I was able to read it as the year progressed.

I like the date format of this book - that you follow the calendar, with some bonus general spells each month.

A large focus on gods and goddesses of different traditions. If you just want something seasonal or nature based this is not it.
