I loved this book so much, it was a great and practical approach to working on myself in the aftermath of my husbands affair.

It was very important for me to be able to do those things and really reflect on who I was in the aftermath, what I wanted from my future and my relationship but most of all rebuilding myself and my self esteem. It's very empowering, and restorative to focus on just myself and what I wanted from my life post affair. It's helped me feel stronger, more focused and in control.

Great book. Some good clarity on things that have puzzled me over the years. A lot of counselling examples given which were not really relevant but you could see the points being made through them. It would be a book worth referring back to from time to time.

Wow. Talk about false advertising. I picked up this book because it clearly states on the back that no matter what is going on in your life that has caused a crisis to occur, this book can surely help you. WRONG. This book was filled with nothing but stories of broken relationships and marriages and advice on how to rekindle your romance. Wtf. I want my money back.
