Many uses

I have used coconut oil in the past. I put it in my coffee and used it as a moisturizer. I have also used it in the bath but I guess I used too much because I couldn't get out of the tub from all of the slipping...it's funny now but it wasn't at the time.

I didn't think the book was very well organized. Things were put in more than one place, but of course we learn by repetition. I have tried several of the uses already. Yesterday I rubbed the coconut oil all over my body after my shower. It did leave my skin feeling very nice and soft. I rubbed coconut oil in my hair, and left it all day and night. I washed it out this morning, and my hair was very shinny and manageable. My hair is very thin and fine, so it was nice that it laid down nicely. The oil goes a long way. I also put the oil on a newly erupted bump on the corner of my lip. It is already almost healed. I will try some of the other uses. This is a helpful book.

Just ok

I read this as a free download. While it may be interesting if you have no knowledge of Coconut oil, I found it to be very basic without much in the way of real experiences using it. Too many of the 101 uses were prefaced with I have never had this problem or not used it for this. I think a few uses were repeated as well. Maybe a bit of real research or information would make it more substantial, a book instead of an article.

This was very informative. I'm planning to get some coconut oil right away (I've been seeing it in health food stores and places like Sam's Club, but haven't tried it.

Nothing more than an article. Some parts are informative, but that alone won't make a good novel, isn't it?
