This was a good, quick read that enlightens you to the basics of selling on Etsy. It would be nice to have something a bit more in-depth on specific tacts to use, but since the book sells itself as a "simple guide to creating a thriving Etsy business," I think it has done its job well. A good way to hopefully think about getting my feet wet in the online craft selling business. Had some interesting ways to get involved in the Etsy community and get your shop recognized.

The author provided very specific examples with each advice or tip. The writing is very concise, easy to understand and lists or bullet points used appropriately. Suggestions were provided with specific instructions on how to achieve it. Great book to keep as a reference.

There were some good ideas

There were some good ideas but overall mostly generic info you could figure out with a couple weeks experience but if you are just starting out or want a refresher course this would be a worthwhile read.

This little guide provided some good advice for selling on Etsy. I did find it to be rather repetitive at times and many of the tips are things that most people who have done Etsy research know.

I liked it, straight forward and easy to understand concepts. I found it a bit repetitive, but I think it made good points and will be helpful moving forward with an etsy shop.

Perfect for any new or current Etsy seller. I have an Etsy shop, and was doing ok for a while, but I shut it down since I had an upcoming surgery where I wouldn't be able to get up and around much for a few months. After that I just hadn't gone back and re-opened it yet. I've been thinking about it, and once I bought this book I will be re-opening my shop soon, with a ton of changes. I love the great tips and ideas in this book. It really helps the seller get over some hurdles, and understand why it might not be working so well for them. I also like the shop owners who were asked about their businesses and seeing their stories and experiances. Really this book is just a great reference. I've had troubles with my store and now I understand a lot better about the Etsy community and how to get more traffic to my store and more items seen by the shoppers.

I know I will be referring to this as I start getting my shop ready to re-open. I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. All opinions are my own and I was not paid in any way.

I've attempted to sell products on Etsy before in the past but I have never generated any sales or leads from it. So when this book came to me I was eager to devour it and get to teaching myself a better way to sell and make money using Etsy as a major traffic source. I have yet to implement the information to my Etsy shop but I am thrilled to have the info in my head. Time to clean house!

Interesting read

Some of this book is helpful, but I was turned off as soon as it implied "arts and craft types" suck at handling day to day business. I disagree...some people may be bad at it, but not all. I am a crafty, business professional. You can be both. Other than that it is a good book and gives some nice tips. I do think some of it is common sense though. I got this book in exchange for my feedback.

I found this book to be informative but I also feel like it is just a compilation of information already available online at various outlets when it comes to how to prefect your Etsy store. So I guess it saves time in the fact you aren't having to search multiple sites, but it is also the same information I have read regarding Etsy stores elsewhere.

I received this book free in exchange for an honest, unbiased review.

Skimmed this. Some useful details--highlighted but too tiresome to list here.

Etsy is not what it used to be when I was selling yarn. Apparently, now it's essential to be all community about it or your stuff will never get noticed. That's the opposite of what I want to be doing, so I guess this is not the platform for me.

I'm neutral about the book because while it offers some tips and advice, most of them are already learned through the process of setting up shop and running it and through participating as an Etsy member. So I feel it didn't offer anything new and groundbreaking that's not already discussed at length elsewhere.

I'm not an etsy seller and therefore not the target market. But I like approaching marketing. And I like shopping on etsy. It's easy to read has good info. But I didn't read anything revolutionary.
