Very insightful book. A lot of practical advice on how to train the mind to be able to think in the right direction. It is a more balanced book than other ones I've read on the same topic as it does not merely ask people to have "positive thinking" (Dr. Archibald actually does not feel the positive thinking movement is correct), but rather "practical thinking". Very good read!
