Amazing. I used another Latin dictionary for a while but this one is much better with in depth descriptions of the words.

a. New College Latin & English Dictionary
b. Cassell’s Standard Latin Dictionary
c. Lewis and Short’s A Latin Dictionary
d. Oxford Latin Dictionary

I'd say that the Bantam New College
and Cassell's are pretty much the best you could ask for

for the experts who are puzzled, they run to the two big piglets

I used this constantly in college and grad school, and it never failed me! I also get it out occasionally now when I come across unfamiliar Latin terms in British parish registers.

Handy mid-level dictionary. Suitable for most texts. Decent glosses, but no citations.

Better than the other one I picked up, but still not the best. I could not find a Latin word I was looking for in here.
