Savannah Rylan writes dirty-talking motorcycle club and mafia romance filled with ruthless men, ride-or-die loyalty, and women who don’t back down.

She has a soft spot for anti-heroes with scars, found family dynamics, and enemies-to-lovers stories that make her heart melt. If there’s a morally gray biker growling “mine,” she’s one happy girl.

When she’s not plotting revenge arcs and steamy showdowns, Savannah is wrangling two tiny humans, two chaotic dogs, and a husband who has fully accepted that fictional bikers pay the bills. She’s known for rocking rainbow hair (usually some shade of pink or purple), surviving East Coast winters with dramatic flair, and drinking coffee like it’s water.

Originally from sunny California, she now lives where it snows, which she deeply resents. But at least it gives her more time to stay inside and write about men who prefer leather cuts over parkas.

If you love possessive heroes, high-stakes drama, and spice that fogs up the windows, you’re in the right place.

This was probably my favorite so far in this series. This story takes place roughly the same time as book 2, or directly after because Axel is still in jail. The last book ended with Ryder freaking out about Sawyer being back, but we didn't really know who she was or what that story was.

Sawyer's dad went to prison five years ago after getting caught on club business. As soon as he went in, Sawyer took off without saying goodbye to anyone or giving an explanation. She blames the club for stealing her dad away and wants nothing to do with them anymore, even though at one time the club was her entire life. She's returned back home to take care of her mom who is sick with cancer. Upon her return she discovers her younger brother, Cruz, is now a prospect for the club and possibly even in trouble with the rival club Las Almas. This was the last thing she ever wanted for her brother.

Ryder doesn't know how to feel about Sawyer's return. She was his lover, his fiance and his best friend before she abandoned him without a word. There are some in the club who think Sawyer could be the rat that's responsible for the feds watching the club's activity lately, but even though he hasn't known her for years he defends her and swears she would never betray the club. Even her former best friend, Trista, thinks it's quite a coincidence that she returns at the same time as trouble in the club is brewing.

As much as neither one of them want to feel anything for the other anymore, it just can't be helped. The years apart did nothing to diminish their love for each other. They have to band together, along with Trista and Blaze to help Cruz after he's in trouble and severely injured. We aren't sure what happened to him yet, but hopefully we'll find out in another installment.

Regardless of whether Sawyer is the rat or not, the problem of stolen cars and parts from the club that has been occurring since the first book is still happening and needs to be figured out and dealt with.

Book three in this series focuses on Ryder and his girl Sawyer. Her father is in prison having gone down for crimes committed as part of the MC, she feels that the club ruined her family. Up and leaving town the young woman ran from everything she knew and became someone else to bury the pain of her past. Returning home as her mother needs life saving surgery Sawyer struggles to fit back in.

Ryder was a broken man when the love of his life, childhood sweetheart and intended wife ran from him and their life together five years ago. Needing answers and unable to let her go Ryder has stepped in and taken care of her brotjr and mother in her absence. Going so far to sponsor Cruz and have him prospect for the Fallen Idols to try to keep him on the straight and narrow. Seeing Sawyer again tears open the old scabs and although they quickly reignite the passion for each other can they trust again?

The MC is less forgiving and Sawyers return is overshadowed by the Feds sudden interest and the underhand dealings at the warehouse. Why did Sawyer just abandon her dreams five years ago? And more importantly why is she back now?

**received these books via Mark My Words Review Team in exchange for an honest review. Any thoughts and opinions are my own.**
This is Sawyer and Ryder's first book. It takes place around the same time as the last book because Axel is still in prison when this story starts. Sawyer and Ryder were best friends, high school sweethearts, and lovers engaged to be married. The club was Sawyer's life. And then suddenly, without warning, Sawyer disappeared. For five years no one knew where she was or why she'd left.

And just as suddenly, Sawyer reappears to help take care of her ailing mother. And then to protect her little brother who is prospecting the club. Sawyer's appearance conveniently coincides with an investigation by the feds and some people in the club suspect her of being the rat, including her best friend, Trista.

Sawyer and Ryder have both tried to move and they try to pretend that they don't want to be with each other anymore but I saw right through it. They were meant to be together. But Sawyer's broken heart and the anger she's held against the club makes things difficult for her and Ryder to pick up where they left off.

This was probably my favorite book in this series. I really loved the mystery of where Sawyer was and then seeing her come back and be suspected of being a rat made the whole story much more interesting. Even I thought she might have been the rat for a minute!

I was so glad that this story was about Ryder and Sawyer because of the way that book two ended. I needed to know more about Sawyer and Ryder and what their story was. Sawyer and Ryder were in love and planning a future when Sawyer unexpectedly left town. Sawyer’s father was sent to prison because of the club and this made Sawyer feel that she was done with anything to do with the Fallen Idols. When her mom gets sick she returns to take care of her and there are some that doubt her return is just not perfect timing for the trouble that is brewing for the club. Ryder is hurt and angry that she left without a word and returned in the same manner. He wants answers and to walk away. We all know that walking away is not going to happen. No matter how much they protest their feelings both Sawyer and Ryder still feel the same connection. This was another great couple in the series and I was cheering them onto reconciliation. The drama with the club is building and who knows how it is going to end. Keep Reading!

Broken: Ryder & Sawyer 1 (Fallen Idols MC #3)
By: Savannah Rylan
4/5 stars

Sawyer & Ryder grew up together as club kids, childhood friends, high school sweethearts, lovers & eventually became engaged. But all of that was just tossed away when Sawyer’s dad was arrested & sentenced to life in prison. She ran & moved away from the club & everything that was touched by the club.

Ryder hasn’t really been the same since Sawyer stole away in the middle of the night without an explanation or a goodbye. Now that Sawyer’s back in town to help with her sick mother, he’s not been able to get his mind off her and he wants answers.

Sawyer’s return home has the unfortunate timing of being at the same time when the club is going through its own troubles and is trying to figure out who is the possible rat.

This review is from: Broken (Motorcycle Club Romance): Ryder and Sawyer 1 (Fallen Idols Motorcycle Club Book 3) (Kindle Edition)
I received ARC copy of this book from Mark My Words Team in exchange for a honest review. Broken is book three in the the Fallen Idol MC Series. In this third issue of the Fallen Idols Series we meet Sawyer and Ryder, they know each other since childhood and became engaged until 5 years ago when she left the day her father went to jail. Sawyer’s return home 5 yeras later to take care of her mother and encounter a lot of drama within her family, the MC life his brother Cruz is in and the love for Ryder that she still has. Hated the cliffhanger but it''l be worth reading what is next for this couple in the end. A very well written plot!

Sawyer has been gone for 5 years and now she's back but only because her mum is sick. But her brother Cruz has joined the Fallen Idols mc and his sponsor is none other than Ryder than man she left without a good bye, but her return has aroused suspicion and with the loads going missing they think she is a rat.
But with Las Almas sniffing round Cruz, Sawyer will do anything to protect her brother.
Just what secrets is Sawyer hiding and what is the true reason why she left all those years ago?
Another great instalment in the Motorcycle Club books, can't wait for the 4th book

Sawyer and Ryder are childhood friends, high school sweet hearts, then one night Sawyer up and sneaks out and leaves to not be heard from for 5 years, having to come back to take care of her mother. she finds out her brother may be the one who really needs help. Ryder never got over the fact that Sawyer left, and now he wants answers, could there still be a chance for them. This so far has been my favorite out of this series. Hope to see more of this couple.

Broken is #3 in the Fallen Idols series this book is another good book to read. I liked this one too. These books hook you on the first page. Ryder and Sawyer both grew up in the club together. They also were sweethearts in school and childhood friends. Sawyer left the club with no words and good byes. She ran away after her dad was arrested and didn't want to deal with the club anymore. Ryder was heartbroken after Sawyer left and that now she is back he wants answers.

NO! You can't end the story with such a cliffhanger! Sawyer and Ryder talk and make up from being apart for 5 years and it was hot! Her brother Cruz stumbles into something that he shouldn't be in. I am really digging this series and can't wait to read the next one!

ARC for honest review-

Oh my! The chemistry between Ryder & Sawyer is off the wall. Although it is a short story, it hooks you in deep. And you get to see several other people from the first two books. I feel like I will be mainlining the remainder if the series as soon as I can.
