Students could use this book to determine what features snakes use to survive. It could be used in Explain, of the Five E lesson plan format, to give students vocabulary for the survival instincts of snakes. The illustrations give students an example of being creative, and thinking outside of the box. This book would be appropriate for students in fourth grade.

I like snakes and though it's a kids books this was interesting. I also learnt some interesting things about snakes from this book. The smallest snake ever is the size of a worm!
