Le Mystere des Faux Billets is a funny, silly detective story that left us guessing until the very end.
My son and I read this book out loud to each other for his homeschool French lessons. At a chapter or two a week we went slowly, but it was interesting enough that we looked forward to picking it up each time. It included questions and we also bought the answer key.
I recommend this book for intermediate French students. While not a literary novel, it is fun, and reading a French book is empowering for students.

Everyone who went to Key remembers the drama of reading this book in French class, even though we could not speak French. The twists and turns. Everyone should read this book.
