Reasons this gets five stars: 1) It is quick and straight to the point, which is exactly what busy teachers need. 2) It is formatted in a way that makes it very easy to reference in the future. 3) It is written in a way that makes it very easy to understand. 4) It is filled with basic information that is probably not ground-breaking for teachers, but it serves as a great refresher and a quick way to make unit planning more effective.

A nice companion to the other UbD resources by the authors. I could see teams of teachers using it when doing a curriculum audit.
