Do you remember your first "trashy" paperback read? Or whatever passed for your definition of "trashy" at the time. This was mine. I have no memory of how I came to own it but man, I must've read it twenty times. It is SO 1980s Los Angeles. It is STUFFED with brand marketing—designer labels on every page. Clothing and food described in over-the-top detail. Exorbitant sex. Make no mistake, this book is big. BIG. Like 80s hair big. I think I need to read it again but with a buddy, it would be hilarious....
