The Lost Diary of Snow White Trilogy #1

The Lost Diary of Snow White: The Fairytale Chronicles Book One

Rate this book
This diary is the property of Snow White. Strictly speaking, I'm not supposed to keep a diary. No fairytale characters are. It's the unwritten rule of the land. And now I know why: because life here is so unlike anything people in the real world have been led to believe. Once it's finished, I'll have to find a hiding place for it. But if you're holding it now, it means it's been found, and the truth about my life can finally be revealed…

A short novel about a princes who wasn't ready for the happily ever after and how she turned up side down the world of fairy tales: helping Gretel to kill the which, rescuing Little Red Ridding Hood from the Wolf and trying that her prince fall in love with another... It was ok

Fun! Mess with the past, mess with the future. Change a storyline...

Maybe I just wasn't in the mood for it, but I found the book tedious and like reading a middle schoolers notebook.

Love the fairytale books

This one has all new twist and turn worth the read. Snow sure gets herself into some trouble. Peter pan was a refreshing change I hope his story continues. I will be looking for both books that are next in the series

I liked the whole book in general and I had no dislikes. I would recommend this book to all of my friends and I gave this book a 5 star rating because it was one of the best books I’ve ever read.

So sick of reading a statement followed by ‘said I’ or ‘said she’.
Very tediously written, no real structure, no description. Just thinks it clever to regurgitate Grimm but in a horrendous fashion. Avoid at all costs

My granddaughter loves this book. She wants me to read and give her my opinion. It's quick and fun. We both loved this book and we are ready for rest of the trilogy.

I normally love fairytales but couldn’t get into this book. Perhaps I will try to read this again someday and be able to finish it.

Ehhhhh. It was fine but I didn't appreciate getting this book that was supposed to be about Snow White and then halfway through it changes into a completely different person's story. Overall disappointing.

Not expected

Didn't like it. I didn't think it was about snow white meddling into other stories. I thought it would be more of her

The Lost Diary Of Snow White
PLOT: There's never a dull day in the life of the princess Snow White. On top of dissuading her Prince Charming-who shows up early- to ride off into the sun set with her on his stead by putting him off on her good friend Cinderella, she must think of a way to alter the destines of her other fairy tale friends, Hansel, Gretel, Red, and the Three Pigs. As well as distract a evil-stepmother who spends every waking moment trying to poison her.

MY THOUGHTS: I came across this trilogy on Kindle Unlimited and this first story in the set was witty, sassy, and a creative jumble of classic characters in a new fresh twist. The plot is original while keeping it close to the stories we all know and love. Snow as the heroine is sarcastically amusing (as she constantly thinks anyone who thinks she's the fairest of the land must be blind) as well as she is brave proving throughout her diary that things don't have to stay the same and it's up to us to find the paths of our own fairy-tales and not just rely on the way things have always been written. *She* makes the rules of her own story and changes the bad endings of her friend's along the way which is a strong message. When I read it I thought about Ever-After-High. Same message! There's also some very witty, snark, filled commentary between the characters. Actually this whole diary is a snark feast from the first to the last sentence. But I won't ruin it for you. Check it out for yourself!

RATING: 81/2 Fairy-tale addicts give this a read! You won't be disappointed.
