I ran from my wedding. Then the groom hunted me down. So I made a vow: he could claim my body… But he would never earn my heart.
My father traded me in a marriage built on blood and deceit.
Liev Demsky. I met him only once before. Nearly twice my age. Cold eyes. Controlled violence. The man they just crowned king.
I walk into a cathedral expecting to witness a deal. Instead, I find a priest, a wedding dress, and a contract with my name on it.
So I run. Big mistake.
He finds me before nightfall. Corners me. Touches me like he already owns me.
“I'll f*ck you so hard, you'll be begging to marry me.”
The more I defy him, the tighter he closes in. The more I resist… the more he pleasures me into submission.
I should have walked away.
But enemies circle. Blood is shed.
And I'm carrying his heir.
Should I tell the most dangerous man in the Bratva he’s going to be a father… And lose my freedom forever?
Because if he finds out— He’ll never let me leave.
And I’m not sure I want him to.
Wed to the Bratva King is Liev and Ryder's story. It’s a scorching standalone, age gap romance that is guaranteed to make you fall for the ruthless Bratva boss. No cheating, no cliffhangers, ultra-hot HEA guaranteed!
I highly enjoy a good mafia romance book, and I’d rate this one a little better than average. It starts off well enough, but it’s too long and slow, and eventually loses momentum. The heroine is a bit frustrating in that she’s supposed to be a brilliant hacker, but she doesn’t notice she’s being followed, gets kidnapped, and still ends up being sold into marriage by her father. I did like that she tries to run, but of course Liev tracks her down and gets her to agree to the arranged marriage. I did really like Liev and his relationship in this book with his daughter and best friend, but man, so many of these books write a mother character as the ultimate evil woman, and that cliche is of course here as well. One thing different in this book was that the hero saw his wife as a true partner in their business of crime, which is not something I usually see. Overall I’d rate this as 3.5 stars, and I’d pick up another book by this author.
Two stars currently reading at 60% but probably going to dnf.
So I like some of this author's books and I dislike others and I would put this in my m e h category. It's long slow repetitive and boring. The beginning storyline is good it just kind of loses its way. I think part of the problem is I'm assuming that part of their story is talked about in the mmc's daughter's book because the FMC is kidnapped by the mmc's daughter's husband. Then they have a back and forth situation going on while she's kidnapped and being held. I think they should have added that to a prologue chapter. She does talk about it but I think it would have established the connection between the characters if there was a little prologue about it. The FMC is borderline too stupid to live. She's supposed to be this hacker who is amazing at her job that she does for her dad but she doesn't realize that she's being tailed and then she gets kidnapped which happens before this book starts but then she still ends up with her dad selling her off to get married. I do like that she does run away but she doesn't get very far because the MMC was trailing her and knew all of her safe houses so even though she was escaping she still couldn't really do that cuz she wasn't ready to leave and then she talks about wanting to find her friend who said that she knows people that could get people out of the city but you think she would have just known that information already based on her lifestyle and the way she was talking. Then you have a little bit of Other Woman drama. There is a character named Vivian which I'm pretty sure is also in the mmc's sister's book but she is an assassin and you meet her because she ends up in the mmc's room that he shares with the FMC. Then there's a couple other hints about it and the FMC is jealous. Then you also have other woman drama with fmc mom because her mom is very like flirtatious and hits on the MMC a few times and talks about sleeping with him.
And then the FMC ends up pregnant. But all of this is going on and honestly I don't care about any of the characters and nothing is really happening you probably could have cut out 30% of what I read and still had a story.

I was really liking this book in the first half. Stars started falling off in the second half. Ryder is an awesome FMC. I didn’t feel much of a connection with Liev but he was okay. I did appreciate that he saw Ryder as his equal and gave her so many opportunities to choose and lead. Little things that got on my nerves or were unnecessary. Ryder’s name. I know - how trivial! But her dad is Cartel. When it comes to Mafia Romance, I am so accustomed to characters having names closely tied to their family heritage/mafia affiliation. The introduction of so many random characters. It’s like they came out of nowhere and I’m scratching head - like what? Who’s this? Will we ever see them again? How do they tie in? I did like Ryder’s plan to bring down their rival near the end. That was pretty genius. If I wasn’t reading this for a reading challenge, I might have DNFd it, but I pushed through. I won’t rush to read others in this series.
Ryder was strong from the very beginning! She is not a damsel in distress! Very independent FMC! Can really kick some a$$!!!
She and Liev made a great couple! There is a pregnancy trope but I enjoyed it because she didn’t keep it a secret! She trusted her husband and didn’t wake weeks to tell him.
There’s also some chasing involved!! Not so much IICYIFY … but he refuses to be without her! Once he made the commitment to her, he kept it!
ARC review! Thank you for allowing me to read and review this for you
Ryder finds herself in front of an altar with a groom Liev who she hates. Her father had made a trade, power for her. One thing he done was not tell Ryder. Lets me this is not the start of a happy marriage. Liev is a man of power, control and finds his new strong willed wife fascinating. One thing for sure is the passion between them. Oh the drama between them is amazing. Both stubborn, strong, passionate and the word love is one neither of them will say. With danger around the corner and a secret. Liev and Ryder find that word is important.
Drama, angst, passion, spice, danger and romance under it all.

I really appreciate how powerful this MFC is. It would have been easy for such a controlling MMC to fumble her.
“Treat her like a partner,” she says. “Or she’ll become your enemy.”
She requires complete equality - she is too competent and powerful for anything less. He knows this and states it best here,
“You don’t owe me anything,” I say. “That’s a strange place to start.” “It’s the only place to start,” I reply.
He is entitled to nothing with her, even though she is his wife and he is the father of her child. It's a miraculous awareness for any man in this day and age.
This is the best story in the series so far( I read some out of order,so I read 3 so far)and the only thing I didn't like about it was the name Ryder.Did not fit at all, especially with her being cartel. I like how she was Liev's equal and partner in crime. Literally.I like how she was his #2.More violent than the previous books and the ending was satisfying. The main question that keeps going through my mind in this series in general is" Don't any of these couples know what birth control is?" All of the female leads get pregnant. Anyway. Excellent book.
She was traded to the bratva for power, but Ryder doesn't go willingly. It is a fight all the way and Liev love it! This book packs the drama and had me all caught up in the main characters as Liev brings Ryder into submission. It is a fight all the way for her heart and commitment. The story drew me in and had me all caught up in it.

I wasn’t a big fan of this one. It felt too long and slow, and it took a while before anything really started happening. The action at the end was great, though.
The villain was pretty predictable—I guessed who it was straight away, so there wasn’t much surprise there.
I did love the heroine. She was fierce, independent, and more than capable of looking after herself.
I loved rider and Liev. The push and pull with these two was intense. She was so fierce, and he truly was a great guy. I loved that they came together and they complimented each other so well. This was intense and so hot and steamy. Loved the twists and turns. This is definitely a story I’d read again.
Get ready for this intense ride full of chemistry and action. I love how this author writes you are on the edge of your seat as you read and you love every moment of this fiery journey. I enjoyed every moment of this book. I loved the way these two came together and they are so made for one another. This is a must read!
And the woman caught between the two powers. One man is her father who gives her to the Bratva to own to enlarge his power . The woman has been raised to fight, not to be a princess but vicious in her efforts to please her father. He could care less as long as his power grows. The Bratva’s new Pakhan gives her some choices but she will still be his.
Writing was good but it took way too long for things to happen. The droll stuff dragged on, and the action was almost glossed over and confusing. No surprise on the bad guy, although if it had been Carmela trying to take out both men, we may have had something. It was okay, if you want an easy and uncomplicated Bratva story. It just didn't have a lot of meat on its bones.
I was really hoping Ryder was going to kill him not turn him over for jail time. This is a mafia book after all. Sigh. The first in this series didn't have death either. Kinda the point of the Mafia book trope, no? Blah. So, the story was ok but she should have talked to him at first and someone should have died.... Aka the one who set them up.
I really enjoyed this book. Tons of intensity, sparks, animosity and passion. Ryder and Liev's story is one wicked rollercoaster ride that sucks you in, has you hanging on tightly and all in on a HEA for this couple.
This is the first book I’ve read by Voss and I really enjoyed her story. A reluctant bride given to a pakhan without any say in the matter. But it works out to her advantage
Betrayal, business deals, alliances, family, territory, heat, danger, death, desire and more blend with incredible characters to provide a captivating story with twists and turns, sass and a great read!!
A steamy read with Ryder and Liev. She's been offered as a bride in an arranged marriage (without being told first!) to Bratva boss Liev. With drama, age gap, silver fox, secrets and more. A great read.

Forced into a marriage that she knows nothing about. This is a story of what it takes to survive long enough to have a marriage. Everything is against them. Sides are forged, corruption invades, lives lost. Will there ever be peace? This is their story.
Fast paced from beginning to end. If Bratva romance is your jam, it's a must read! Excellent character development. Ryder's and Lev's story is spicy too!
Oh my god what a fantastic story. All the twists and turns. Loved Ryder and Liev together. Hated her parents especially the mother oh my god what a scumbag. Great story
I really enjoyed the character development and storyline. The very strong female lead was my favorite part. Kiev respecting her strength and wanting a partnership in the marriage is refreshing. I’m hoping Vivienne gets a story as well!
This was good It's always refreshing to read a story with a heroine who can take care of herself. Who doesn't need to be saved because she can save herself. Add to that being intelligent, discerning, and confident. Made for a wonderful read.
