Great overview of the benefits and many uses of natural remedies and herbs. The book goes into detail and separates the herbs by their benefits, for example "for women" or "for stress" etc. It also explains how the herb can be used as far as consumption or other ways it can be effective. I personally enjoy it and I think it is a great place to start as far as medicinal plants. Skims the surface but does so with intention, purpose, and facts. Great book to have and use as a tool!
