Fun story for young readers and great as a bedtime story. Readers take an adventure to learn a bit about bees, honey a few other things. The author did a wonderful job with this cute story. I would have liked to see a couple of illustrations because the adventure is one I think children could use a helpful tool that a picture or two would have added especially in the submarine. All in all. a story I think children will enjoy.
A bedtime story is a traditional form of storytelling, where a story is told to a child at bedtime to prepare the child for sleep. The bedtime story has long been considered "a definite institution in many families". The term "bedtime story" was coined by Louise Chandler Moulton in her 1873 book, Bed-time Stories.
The book which I will suggest to you folks today is an exceptionally captivating and extremely fascinating book the substance of this book will make you fall head over heels for this book.
The Submarine Full of Bees by Neil McFarlane is a Bedtime Story With Added Buzz, this story is somewhat unique in relation to different stories. Typically stories are about others yet this story is about you. What's more, for the most part stories are made up yet this story is all evident. It's about the astounding experience you had today with those honey bees.
Fun story for youthful perusers and incredible as a sleep time story. Perusers take an undertaking to become familiar with a piece about honey bees, honey a couple of different things. The creator worked effectively with this adorable story. I would have jumped at the chance to see two or three representations on the grounds that the experience is one I figure kids could utilize a supportive device that an image or two would have added particularly in the submarine. With everything taken into account. a story I figure youngsters will appreciate.
Overall, THIS IS A MUST-READ. Written cautiously, this book is something that will be a joy to peruse and I prescribe you to peruse it. This book is certainly worth the buy and worth the read.
Most people like honey on something. Honey is either grown in a beehive’s or in the woods hanging from a tree. Beware of the bears in the woods they love honey. She has a royal submarine & her 5 Boris’ are going on an underwater expedition. The Queen Bee (Captain) needed 1 more crew member. The pay was fantastic. Down they went.

An awesome book cover, great hand-drawn colored pictures & proper font & writing style. A very professionally written children’s (preschool/elementary age) fantasy storybook. It was quite easy for me to read/follow from start/finish & never a dull moment. There were no grammar/typo errors, nor any repetitive or out of line sequence sentences. Lots of exciting scenarios, with several twists/turns & a great set of unique characters, settings, etc. to keep track of. This could also make another great children’s fantasy movie, a classroom presentation, an animated cartoon, or better yet a mini TV series. There is no doubt in my mind this is an extremely easy rating of 5 stars. This is an unusual kind of cute story. It is told so the one reading/listening supposedly did all the things and a Queen Bee made you forget. I'm sure your young child will want to do these things and you too. A bear runs by while being attacked by a swarm of bees. Hey. I need honey and there might not be anyone at the hive now. The Queen wants to know why your hands are in her hive hole. More importantly, she needs one more man in her submarine crew. He either gets a jar of honey or ten squillion pounds. He picks the money. Just like Alice in Wonderland, he shrinks to fit into the sub with the bees by eating a berry. Where are they going? What are they going to explore? I know it will be fun. I borrowed this book on a Kindle Unlimited website and so can you.
"I hereby name this creature a quantum techno poppadum." This is the creature you discovered today on The Submarine Full of Bees. If you don't remember making the discovery, then you need to read the book!
McFarlane, Neil. The Submarine Full of Bees: A Bedtime Story For Kids Aged 5 to 10 (p. 11). Kindle Edition.
This was a cute, but strange book. A young boy wants some honey so he goes off into the woods to find some. He finds himself on a mission with the queen bee. This was told in the rare second person which made it strange yet charming.
It was definitely a cute bedtime story, and I don't think I've read any books with its perspective of the narrator telling you what you did. I might be wrong but I think that second person, little one definitely had fun with it so all in all I think it was worth it.
Absolutely brilliant, engaging and fun story. The perfect bedtime story, full of excitement and adventure and a sence of humour which can be appreciated by all agea. It puts you or the child you are reading to, into the story. Truly captivates the imagination and encourages children to explore and experiment with nature and biology in a subtle manner. The authors style bears resemblance to that of A.A.Milne and shares the some ability to draw you in from the first words. It is wonderful how they have found a way to make the impossible into the possible in so much as finding imaginative ways in which you cam shrink and grow. It was a delight to read this book and I would not hesitate in rereading and recommending this for children of all agea as it is not just fun to read but fun to he read too. I look forward to reading more stories from the collection.
Neil McFarlene has written a book that children will enjoy listening to. Older children can read it themselves. The imagination and creativity of this story will have the children thinking about what it would be like if this happen to them.
Very creative bedtime story that stimulates a child's imagination. What might have happened when a bear follows a swarm of bees into the forest? If one put his hand into the bee hive and met the queen, what might she have said? Well, the author creates a story about a queen bee who invites a human to steer a submarine full of bees to explore life in a puddle. McFarlane has an unusual writing style which is humorous and creative. Targeted for children who are ages five to ten, I think that it will appeal most to children five through eight. This tale is one of the stories in a larger collection titled A Month of Bedtime Stories. Highly recommended.
