We all know real life, real people, and real love aren't always roses and rainbows. I do my best to keep my characters, and their love, as real as possible, even if that includes an occasional stereotype or insta-love. Let's face it. Stereotypes exist for a reason, and love at first sight is a real thing.

So, if you're good with those things, and with: dirty-talking, overprotective alpha males as heroes, and strong, smart heroines; sexual tension and steamy sex scenes; a man willing to do anything, even kill, for the woman he loves (and sometimes the other way around)... Well, then you might love my books. If those things make you squeamish, these are definitely not for you.

In case you've just found me, I'm Aden, a male romance author in a female dominated world. I live in the south eastern US, in the middle of nowhere, with the wife of my dreams, Elyse. We have a few fur babies, and a horse named Joe.

I had been waiting so much for the finish of this series,
over which I more or less stumbled upon in September,
after the release of the first book.
So as soon as it was released I one - clicked it
and started reading right away.

It kept me biting my fingernails in anticipation not only once :)
The further insight on the characters and the fast flow
and the development of the story made me live immediately within it
with everything you could wish for as a reader
like making your heart beat faster in awaiting of what might come
and laughing about the humor or capturing one's heart at other scenes
and not to forget about those great hot and steamy scenes of course ;)

I just wasn't able to put it down till I finished it no possibility there :D

It is very well written and developed and the editing is also very good
It's been a really great read I enjoyed a lot!
(now I am going to go read it a bit slower than the first time *hehe*)

Holy smokes! What an exciting, action packed read! I love having Jakob, Kate, Falon and Rita together in one story. The story flows, I was kept on my toes and rolled through many different emotions. We get more of Kellen and he is definitely someone to hate. A great tie up to the series. I would love to have more stories from both couples.

I received a copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving an honest review.

Summary:

In this final part of the Hunted Love series, Jakob and Kate from Big Game continue to explore the possibilities of their attraction, as disaster and violence head their way. A new foe prepares to rain hell down on their heads in the form of an outlaw Motorcycle Club and Kellen, a killer with a grudge against Jakob.

Having overheard the plot, Jakob's old Army buddy, Falon, and Rita, from Bounty, race to help, but can they get there in time?

Kellen will do whatever it takes to have his revenge on Jakob and carry out his orders to force Kate into a brand new horror. Will she be able to count on Jakob's love to sustain her in the darkness? When Falon and Rita interfere with Kellen's plans, they become his targets as well, but since they have no value to him, he simply wants them eliminated. Can they trust in their new love to help them get through?

What I loved:
Usually when I write a review, I like to list the characters and say what I loved about them. I have done that for all but Kellen. And he will have his own story, so I will go in depth then but just to say right now, I LOVE BAD BOYS!!! Especially bad boy bikers. YUMMO!! But I digress. This review will be on the style of the book more. The synopsis of the book really tells you what’s in store so no need to recap that all again. Besides I am too excited and would give too much away.

The ultimate in POV taskmaster: Aden Lowe. HOLY CROW! (Hey, that rhymed!) Talk about getting a story from ALL angles. I just simply adored the different POVs. Every character was important to tell this story and each character had their say. Kate and Jakob, Fallon and Rita, and even Kellen had their own perspectives of what was going on. It helped establish the story because each set of characters was doing something different or was at a different place in the story. To be able to switch POVs seamlessly and not lose track of who is who or what is happening with those characters, is an extremely honed talent.

What I didn’t love:
Ugh. I am not one to be teased in certain situations ::wink wink:: and I didn’t enjoy what I am now dubbing, “The Great Kellen Tease of 2015.” Aden just barely scratched that surface, but it was enough for me to CRAVE more of his bad boy ass. I don’t have a bunch of patience to wait so, Aden, BRING ON KELLEN!!!

Overall:
Aden Lowe brought us 2 individual stories in Big Game and Bounty, but then deliciously wrapped them neatly together in a pretty package called Captured to top it all off. Aden brings a different style, perspective, and uniqueness to his story telling. I am a fan for life and can’t wait for Kellen’s story.

This is the final book of The Hunted Love series and I really enjoyed it. At the end of the 2nd book we get to know why both books are part of a series. The idea to mix cowboy, military and biker genre was well executed and I was able to read all of them.
I particularly enjoyed the horse scenes, they were beautifully written and I can tell the author loves horses. I could imagine them and the words he used allowed me to do that.
I'm a picky reader, I need congruence when I read. The plot, the characters, the scene, etc have to have a reason and I can take as many plot twists as the author wants to give if there's congruence. Regarding this, the first chapter had me rolling my eyes when a POV changes all of the sudden. There are a lot of POV in the book since there are many characters involved, but they were stated at the beginning of the chapter (Chapter one: Jakob). However, I found in 2 chapters how it was supposed to be Jakob's POV and at the end it changed to Kate's and in another it was Rita's and in the middle it changed Falon's going back to Rita's. As I said, I'm picky and I tend to remember things like this.
I have other issues with the plot that might be considered as spoilers so be aware before continuing reading.
I don't get Falon's involvement in the plot apart from telling Jakob and Kate that part of a MC was going their way. I mean, Rita was more useful with her cooking skills than him. He was kind of a second male but he never did anything but get wounded. His book was good but in this book I didn't get him. It could've been done over the phone and I don't see the result changing that much. However, I did enjoy his relationship with Rita and how the trip helped them to get a more solid relationship. Maybe he'll have a part in Kellen's story? I can only hope.
Then, the end was really exciting with all the action and Jakob going commando to save the day. However, I never understood why they went to Jakob's uncle house and it was never said. I can only think it must've been convenient for Jakob knowing the layout of the place and where to find guns to defend themselves. I really want to know why they traveled hours instead of taking care of business where they were.
Those things can be spotted with beta readers since it's a huge whole in the plot and I think that's really important.
At the end, I enjoyed the book, the development of the couples' stories and Kellan. I really like his bad ass behavior and I'm looking forward to read his book.

A satisfying ending to a great story!

Getting the POVs of the key players gave a greater depth to the tale as it built up to the confrontation.

Jakob and Kate fall into an easy rhythm (no pun intended – HA!) after solving the mountain lion problem. They're enjoying their time together, but there has still been no mention of the future, and tragedy strikes before that conversation takes place.

Falon and Rita, find out that Falon's bounty, Kellen, is heading straight for Jakob and Kate, and put in some long hours on the highway to get to his old Army buddy first. They're sidelined for just a bit to help two siblings with a serious problem. Falon and Rita are both hiding their true feelings from each other, fearing rejection...and not wanting to “upset” each other's lives. Just too precious! I love these two!

Hell's Raiders leader and the man with the bounty on his head, Tom Kellen, is a good, solid villain who seems to be in conflict with himself (mid-life crisis? Is he old enough for that?)...not enough to turn around and go home, and it didn't stop him from taking aim and pulling the trigger (GRRR!)...but conflict all the same. His thoughts went from the murderous to the hilarious, and his description of Alexander's choice of apparel...and the golf cart...had me laughing out LOUD for real!

Alexander – punkass! Didn't suffer enough for my tastes. I would like to have been there for his takedown...and Kellen's “lesson”.

What resonates with me through the “Hunted Love” trilogy – and especially in “Captured” is the balance in the burgeoning relationships. Without a doubt, Falon and Jakob are alpha males, but they have no need to “bend women to their will” or control every aspect of their lives. Actually, they take pride in Kate's and Rita's abilities to lead and take care of business. They take a step back without fear of being emasculated and all that other garbage some males go on and on about. So unlike the men in their pasts, this goes a long way with Kate and Rita.

I liked how the couples ended...but would have liked a bit more flash-bang with each couple...especially Falon and Rita...as they looked to the future. Some over-the-top, shamelessly gratuitous display of undying love...but then, I want that in every story! HA!

The “Hunted Love” trilogy was a great ride, and I'm sorry to see it end. Get comfy and take the journey for yourself!

When the chance to review Captured came along I could not pass it up. So glad I didn't let this read pass by. I was blown away what a great read this one was; the suspense alone will keep you turning the pages to find out what is to come.

You are pulled in to one wild ride when Tom takes on a mission to take out Falon old army buddy Jakob and his new love interest Kate. Falon and Rita take to the road in hopes of getting to Jakob and Kate in time to help. Kellen has a boiling hate for Jakob back from when they were all in the military. The clock is ticking will Falon and Rita get to Kate and Jakob before it's too late or will Kellen finally get his revenge.

This a 5 Star read all the way around. Tom is going to have you hating him even more then you thought you could. Jakob and Falon are going to have you melting in their hands. These two are so hot they burn the pages of this read. Kate shows us just how strong a little package can be. While Rita proves once again she is willing to go to battle for the ones she holds dear to her. I will say I was a little disappointed I wanted to know more about how things work out for Falon and Rita. We might just get luck and get to revisit them all somewhere down the road.

Job well done Aden, you have delivered again as always, you have some amazing talent! Looking forward to more of your stories!

This book was a great finale for the Hunted Love series! I was definitely looking forward to this book and I loved seeing all of the characters coming together. Of course, I fell in love with Kate and Jakob in the first book and was intrigued to see where the story was going after meeting Falon and Rita. I think Aden Lowe did a great job bringing everyone together.

Their story continues as Falon and Rita are trying to get to Jakob and Kate before nasty biker Kellen does to get his revenge. I have to say that I really enjoyed seeing all of the relationships develop. It certainly wasn’t easy for these characters, they all seem to have very real concerns and insecurities.

The multiple story lines captured my attention and I couldn’t wait to see what was going to happen next. I enjoyed the build-up and when it all finally comes together, it was definitely worth it! I loved the mix of the bikers and the cowboys, it kept everything very interesting.

This was a very fun series to read and I would recommend it to anyone looking for some hot romance and action. I can’t wait to check out more from Aden Lowe.

This story draws you in right from the beginning. Continuing from Big Game & Bounty, Captured gives 5 different POV's throughout the story. Jakob & Kate building on their relationship and now having to deal with someone after them.
Falon & Rita on the ride of their lives to warn and help save Jakob, end up learning more about each other and liking very much what they see. But can Falon get to Jakob and Kate in time to give them fair warning that the mad man Kellen is after them.
Kellen has carried a grunge against Jakob for years. He would like nothing more then to take his revenge out on him. He just isn't up for who hired him or the antics that need to be done. Is Kellen changing and not even realizing it.
Falon and Rita reach Jakob and Kate and they come up with the plan of defense they will use. Kellen is waiting for Jakob with the rest of his crew. Only things don't go how Kellen would like.
The story is filled with angst, building of relationships, and possibly growth and change in some. The ending was everything I hoped it would be. I would recommend this series to anyone.

This was a great finish to the Hunted Love series. It was wonderful to have the four main characters from the previous books together in the final instalment. Two strong alpha males, Jakob and Falon and two equally strong but beautiful females in Kate and Rita. The story was fast moving and the characters got themselves into some seriously sticky situations at times, so much so that I did wonder if they would all come out alive.

It was an interesting blend to have the bikers heavily involved in the mix and also good to see a different side to Tom Kellen. Even though he is violent, we did get to see a different side to him. Alexander Blackwell didn't surprise me, I knew there was an evil nature to him.

Overall this was an enjoyable read. I am not sure if we could be completely finished with these books, because really, we need to see a bit more of Tom Kellen and Vicky, I am sure there would be a very good story there.

Thank you Aden and Ashley for the ARC.

3.7.....With a heavy heart :(

This book is the follow on from both books before, incorporating all characters into one fiery, steamy story. We have Jakob Barger and Kate Holt from Big Game and Falon and Rita from Bounty. Two different journeys but they all meet by the end. With danger on the horizon will people come out unscathed? or will an ultimate war begin?

I loved books 1&2 of the series, but unfortunately there was something in this one that couldn't gain my ultimate attention. I liked the storyline and loved how all the characters are in one book...There was just something lacking and confusing that I can't put my finger on. Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed the read, but not as much as Big Game and Bounty.
Though I couldn't fully enjoy Captured, other will love this and the outcome.

Aimed at audiences of 18+ with sexual content and violence which some readers may find offensive.

Hunted Love #2 - #3: So, I liked the first book (didn’t love it, but liked it ok) and was under the very incorrect assumption that these were both stand-alone works. Again (from my review of Book 1) the chemistry between the characters was lacking to me. I will say Fallon and Rita seemed to make more sense than Kate and Jakob. The sex scenes were ok. The writing seemed rushed, and by book 3, I was wondering if I should have taken notes to keep up with the plot. It was just a little disjointed. It was an interesting idea to tie the characters together in a 3rd book, but my criticism from book one still stands for 2 and 3, the endings are abrupt, the characters just disappear, and the storyline just sort of no longer mattered. I liked the characters; they just were never fully developed enough for me to really care about. Interesting at the time, but forgettable. This series is an ok read. You won’t get invested, but you will be somewhat entertained.

What can I say the third and final book in Aden Lowes Hunted Love Series was awesome. I really enjoyed them all Big Game and Bounty but this one bringing Falon, Rita, Jakob and Kate all together in one book to finish the series out I really enjoyed it. The book had some funny parts, lots of adventure, hot sex, hot men a very hot read. A mix of Biker and Cowboys all in one book. I could go on and on but I do not want to give away to many secrets. This is a definite re-read for me. I can not wait to read more of Author Aden Lowes book.
Most Defiantly worth the one click purchase.

I loved this series! Captured is the 3rd and final book in the hunted Series..

Captured brought Jakob and Kate from Big Love along with Falon and Vicky from Bounty all together in a fun, action packed suspenseful ending.

Jakob still in the early stages in the relationship with Kate finds himself getting shot out on the trail.

Falon overhearing a hit on Jakob from Tom Kellen, a man who is out for revenge when they were in the army races to help him.

I was excited for this book waiting to see how both these books would weave together. Come on, you have a western and an MC… how is that going to work! I was not disappointed!

Reading how all the characters come together was exciting leaving me the edge of your seat turning the page!

OMG total AMAZEBALLS. I was given the opportunity to read this book for my honest review. I absolutely enjoyed the different points of view that Aden uses and brings the western together with MC . i was drawn in to the series on the first page of Big Game with Jakob and Kate and Bounty with Fallon and Rita.

The third book in this series has it all. Suspense, new love, danger, the bad ass MC and hot sex scenes. I love how the first two books blend together and go right into the third. it keeps your attention and you on your toes wanting more.

I would love to see more Fallon and Rita, Kellan and Vicky and most definitely Jakob and Kate.

Definite must read, will tell everyone to read this series. Aden your amazing, talented author that i hope to get to read more of

Well done Aden Lowe, i really enjoyed this finale to the series, the characters are all believable people who you can see doing the things writen in the book, that to me is what makes a good author, someone who can draw you in and make you feel as if you are there with the characters, in this series there's not only strong males, but also strong women who can give them a run for their money,I must say i do have a soft spot for the bad boy and i am very happy that he gets a book of his own Kellens redemption i believe, so looking foward to that. Again well done Aden looking forward to your next books.

I have to say this is one of the best books in a series. It literally picks up where it left off. There are quite a few different point of views but you know exactly who is talking and to whom. Oh my I can't tell you enough how much I can't wait to read more of these books. I love Jakob and Falon. And along side Kate and Rita there is more adventure and romance then you cind possibly imagine. Aden Lowe knows how to keep you interested the whole time and absolutely leaves you wanting more! Definitely deserves more then 5 starts in my opinion

Couldn't wait to get my hands on this book to dive into it. I had loved the previous books in this series so I was anxious to read this one. And just let me say I was definitely not disappointed. It drawed me in from the first page. And I loved the fact it brought 4 main characters together in one book. But of course also threw into that bad guy aspect which I so love. A definite must read book and I can't wait to get more from Aden Lowe!!

What a great conclusion to a great series! This is not a story coming from 1 person's POV, but rather from the main characters from the previous 2 bks. I absolutely loved it & had me hooked from the very beginning. Year another book by Aden Lowe that had me on the edge of my seat in anticipation of what was to come!

A must-read bk & series!!

I enjoyed this. No particular reason why other than liking the characters, the story line and the author's writing style. I'm glad the ending wasn't rushed or added just to fill a questioning gap as others have done. Despite the odd error or two (quite minor compared to some I've read), I recommend this.

WOW

What a end to the Hunted Love Series - I think I'm more in love with Falon now then I was before - Jackob and Kate didn't know the trouble was coming there way and here comes Falon and Rita to help them out now if Kellan could turn out to be a good guy deep down. You need to read book 1 & 2 to get the connection of all the players.

Third book in the series - and it's exactly what I hoped for! I love Jakob & Kate and Rita and Falon's characters. Each couple is amazingly strong and well-written - I even love the bad guy, Kellen! Nice plot twists & turns - along with some steamy love scenes and it's the perfect book to get lost in.

I'd love to know more about Kellen and Vicky - wishing there another book just for them!
