Ashley Andrews has taken “shop till you drop” a little too much to heart, and finds herself facing a massive credit card bill. It seems like the perfect solution to get a part-time job as a Pleasure Party consultant, showing romance-enhancing toys and products to women.

Lucas Manning is Ashley’s next-door neighbor and her younger brother’s best friend. When he accidentally opens a box outside his door addressed to Ashley, he’s a little startled to find an entire selection of neon colored vibrators. By the end of the night, Ashley and Lucas have taken quality assurance to new levels, and Ashley sees the benefit in a man who is full of smart and sexy ideas.

Read as part of a collaboration between 2 other authors entitled “Bad Boys Over Easy”. Since the other 2 stories were horrible I didn’t want this novella to suffer the review. A quick, as novellas go, story about older sister, little brother’s best friend. Ashley and Lucas have known each other for over 20 years. Lucas has loved Ashley for about 10 of those years. He finally gets his chance to show her just how great they can be together.

Very cute, quick, right to the point. Another good read from Erin Nicholas.

The male POV here was awkward and I couldn't buy into it. I also felt like this opening scene dragged. It's also unclear on the Kindle edition that this is the second book in this series. I DNF'd this one.

I'm always a fan of friends to lovers stories. They're cute and fun. And I honestly think that the best basis for a good relationship is a strong friendship. The fact that in this case, the friendship is based around Ashley's brother does make it somewhat awkward. But also so very delicious...

I haven't found a story by Erin McCarthy that I don't enjoy. This novella was no exception. There's fun and sass throughout, with plenty of heart. There's also just the right amount of steam that makes you wonder when your significant other is getting home...

Another easy and fun read that had me smiling and feeling at peace. I'm looking forward to reading the next one on my shelves.

This was a very fun story about Lucas Manning and Ashley Andrews who have been friends for years due to the fact that Lucas is Ashley's brothers best friend. She also is the tenant that lives in the upstairs apartment at Lucas's home.

When a box of items for a new money making adventure Ashley has embarked upon ends up on Lucas's doorstep, it sets in motion something that has been years in the making. While looking at the toys that have come for Ashley's pure pleasures party, the sparks start to fly between the two and while Lucas wants nothing more than to take Ashley to bed, she's not so sure she wants to cross that line.

Will the tension between them ignite into the fire that Lucas hopes it will or will Ash put him strictly in the friend zone?

I love Erin McCarthy's writing style and this short novella was the epitome of what I love. It was fun, flirty and hot. I'd definitely recommend it!

A fun, fast read that had me smiling and laughing throughout the story. Ashley has started a “party” business and the items are mistakenly delivered to her downstairs landlord, and lifelong friend, Lucas. Chaos ensues, but only the good kind! Lucas has loved Ashley most of his life however they have been good friends and don’t want to risk the relationship by taking that next step. It is a sweet, sweet story that is hot/hot/hot and flirty. Definitely worth the read and I highly recommend.

I was looking for a quick easy read for my outbound flight since I finished my book inbound. I've read several books by this author and found them to be fun, easy travel books and thought I'd give this one a try as it was highly rated. It is incredibly short as it took me maybe an hour to read. The storyline is so unbelievable though.
