Hey book 6 was one of my favorites... so what happened?!?

This book let me down! I love Jane the true Judicator! Her exploits with not only her horde of Demons, but with the dwarves now helping as they cross under the Green Sea fighting Critch all the way. But the book delved deep into what Pogg was up to. And I got more of Pogg than I ever wanted... the bumbling fool with a hero's class who tries to do the right thing, and always (that's always with a capital A) Makes the wrong choice!!! Turning everything into a Cataclysmic mess... But will Jane get back in time to save the world from Pogg.
So my verdict 3½⭐'s

This has become so much empty filler that it is incredibly boring. The ending was horrible enough to turn me off of the entire series.

This is almost a pitch-perfect example of a concept taken much farther than it ought to have been taken.

I was sucked right in, tho. Indeed, I couldn't put it down for the life of me. I needed to have the full breakdown, the full conclusion, the total blast-out of Legendary classes. There was nothing in this or any LitRPG world that could have prevented me from sitting it out.

But this? I simultaneously want to think it's an utterly RIGHT ending for Pogg and I also want to think it's a total cop-out.

Fair enough. Considering all that has come before. The humor IS there. So is the serious aspect. It's perfectly in line with the premise. Blind justice and all. Without leading with actual blindness, mind you. That would be a step too far.

But honestly? The whole luck and justice thing MAY have gotten too muddled at this point. Each weakens the other unless the whole concept we need to rely on is the System itself. And if that's the case, then it's all suspect. Times ten.

I'll continue with #8 because it answers THAT particular question, but this one, for all I was actually glued to it, kinda left a bad taste in my mouth.

Another great installment

We're finally getting somewhere! The story is coming along nicely and we are learning more about the characters and the system. I cannot wait for book 8!(see what I did there?) 😁

What was started is now 90% complete

So many of the storyline that have kept me hooked since book 1 are completed. There's not many loose ends, but for the BIG ONE! Why is Jane here anyway? What is the Sytem and why is it. Now I have to wait until September...

Good Read - this continues from book 6, with Jane's travels. Well written and good characters, with what appeared to be a wrap up for the series, although there are a few loose ends still to tie up. Will be getting book 8 soon . . .

Another installment

This book really drug for me. It didn't seem as exciting as prior books, so it took AGES to finish.
I want a conclusion to this story, but it doesn't seem like an ending is nearby. I'll have to see when it's published if I'm up to it.

Rollercoaster ride

I think I can relate to Jane in that I had no idea where this book was taking me, but wow. What a ride!
