No matter what and how I say it, words won’t do justice to HOW MUCH I LOVED THIS BOOK.

Nia SMASHED it (again). She said we weren’t ready for Knox and Tara, and IT WAS TRUE. It exceeded ALL MY EXPECTATIONS AND THEN SOME MORE. I DEVOURED THIS BOOK LIKE A MANIAC, and IT WAS SO FUCKING DELICIOUS that I already crave more!!

The WRITING WAS FAN-fucking-TASTIC. All the characters were so well outlined ... their personalities, their dynamics with others, and even their battles within themselves... TOO GOOD. They all felt so real and so close that I couldn’t help but laugh when they laughed, cry when they hurt, and feel every ounce of anticipation, nervousness, and thrill whenever they were in action. IT WAS BEAUTIFUL.

Now about Tara and Knox’s relationship — AAAAAAAH IT WAS UNHINGED IN THE BEST POSSIBLE WAY!! The stalking game, the chase, the passion, the obsession, the push and pull, the constant fight to outdo the other, the sheer feralness of them... MINDBLOWING!!
But what got me the most was the way they bought quiet and calm to each other 🙌🏽 Beneath all that chaos was this softness, tenderness, and vulnerability that felt so raw and consuming. GOD. IT WAS EVERYTHING.

Sometimes as a reader, you’re so involved in a story that you want to get to its end as soon as possible. At the same time, you enjoy your time in the world of the book so much that you want it to keep going without an end. Burn has been that book for me so far this year. And I’m not just saying that either. After Rage introduced me to the world of the Wildcats, the pressure was higher than ever for its next instalment. And the way it has delivered is just *ohmygodicantevenbelievethis*

While I was most looking forward to returning to the friendship of the Wildcats, I think I’ve been pleasantly surprised by the budding ✨potential✨ friendship between Knox and Dominic. Interesting as their dynamic is, it sure was entertaining to watch them clash 😉 I think I’m definitely looking forward to more of that!!

Honestly, I think Knox Steele is why we continue to enjoy dark romance as a genre. Who wouldn’t appreciate a man who is devoted to burn the whole world in revenge, after all?! And the way Knox and his little criminal have a hold on each other has just made my whole entire day!!

I was waiting for this book since I read the first one last year and IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT😌.
Tara my baby deserves all the love🥺, my heart hurt for all the things she went through but she is so strong, I wanna give her a tight hug🥹.
Knox MY MAN, he is so freaking obsessed 😩. He went to arrest her but got so obsessed with her🛐 I LOVE HIM SM.

The way Knox loves Tara🥺 he made her love herself too, my heart couldn't handle all that thing😭.

And shadow my boy😂 HE IS THE MAIN CHARACTER, I can't forget his first meet with his daddy😂

I CAN'T WAIT FOR THE NEXT BOOK NOW, LIKE GIVE IT TO ME NOW!!!!

Reading this book satisfied the feminine urge to utterly destroy the sadistic criminals who get off on hurting women. I found it unique how this book solved all the injustices against the helpless without using any labels. I really loved the ending and fervently wished it were true in real life.

This book has passionate and simple writing; it really pulled me in. I loved the dynamics between all the characters. The chemistry between Knox and Tara was insane! I also loved the grudging friendships and admiration between the Wildcats and Knox. Above all, I loved the relationship between Dominic and Knox. They were hilarious every time they were together.

I’ve been hyped for this book since the end of book 1 when we met Knox. And my goshhhhhhhhh👏👏👏👏👏does this man deliver. Ahhh I was crying screaming squealing every emotion with this book. I didn’t want it to end. Nia has created such an incredible universe filled with badass women and their men 🪭🪭. I’m obsessed with this series and will be re reading because I want to go back already

I don't even know where to begin. I dont know how she does it everytime. Burn is so much more intense than Rage in the most delicious way possible and I enjoyed every second of it.
I cried for Tara, and all women like her. I am so glad she had her Wildcats, and met Knox. For their dynamic, their obsession is perfect. They're both secretly the biggest softies of the group. Seeing Tara's self esteem eventually develop in the story was sooo comforting. Also she's so badass, every woman in this series is. They all have such yummy distinct personalities ahhhh. 😩

This book is wholesome, if you thought Rage is sweet, this is sugar itself. Tara is VERY kind, she spends extra time looking after her girls, appreciating them. Their sisterhood scenes is the besssttt.
Dominic and Knox are wildcats in a petty catfight way 😂 it's SO FUNNY. I like seeing grown men act sassy LMAO. Let's also include Tara's doberman Shadow, he was biting Knox 90% of the book 😭 the comedy is so kdrama coded. I enjoyed it all.

Now I miss them. I am having a bookish hangover, I wish the next book came out in like two months max. 😭😭 Unfortunately for me, good things require patience. Gonna miss my biker muscular fmcs for another year. 😔👍🏻
