The war has claimed thousands of lives, and it will claim thousands more unless Neeko can stop it. Of his own volition, he plans to travel through hostile territory, to the well-fortified capital of the South to find and slay the Southern king. If this wasn’t difficult enough, the Northern army—headed in the same direction—has orders to kill Neeko on sight.
But there are three people still on his side. Unfortunately, their assistance comes with a whole new set of challenges. There’s a psychic accused of murder who recently escaped custody, a chemist from a foreign land who cares little about the war and only seeks revenge for his fallen ally, and a mage whose guilt over recent events has her acting without prudence or patience. It isn’t long before it becomes clear to all of them that trusting each other could prove more difficult than assassinating the king.

I was a little disappointed in the ending to the Pyforial Mage trilogy. It seemed very cliche and quite predictable as the story unfolded. I would have loved for some more twists and turns, and even some heart break. The very ending did give me hope for something pretty cool in the future, which if that comes true it would make reading this series worth it. Overall the Pyforial Mage Trilogy isn't B.T. Narro's best work but if you are a fan of The Rhythm of Rivalry or Kin of Kings you are going to enjoy this to some extent.

Twice
Yes I have read them all twice. I have short term emory loss. Not horribly as once was but, I read them once, and knowing this, I read them again. Some l vaguely remembered, most not. Still it was a joy to read them again. It took about 3 weeks. Dont do anything else but mow grass and read. very little skipped till this book, very little. Thank you Mr. Narro, thank you

Hard to put down
Fast reading full of adventure and turning events .I was kept entertained .the story had depth and understanding I would be interested in reading further into their lives.

If you like fantasy this is a must read!
I love the description of the characters and the interplay of multiple places. I feel as if this series could go on for a long time!

Pyforial Games by B. T. Narro (Book 3 of the Pyforial Mage Trilogy) is a great example of how a fantasy action book should be written. It is full of action and adventure and will leave you gasping for breath.
I have read several books by B. T. Narro and he has never disappointed me. He is an excellent storyteller and this book is no exception. The fast paced story is full of intrigue and adventure. The many plot twist and turns make it hard to put down.
I love the cast of characters B. T. Narro has put together for this series. They are real and easy to identify with. Their weaknesses and strengths bring them to life in the story.
I really like Pyforial Games and the entire Pyforial Mage Trilogy by B. T. Narro and I highly recommend this book to all readers.

I don’t understand why there isn’t audio versions available of this trilogy. It was really good and explained some gaps mentioned further in the overall story. Still I’m glad I could at least get versions on Kindle. I really enjoyed this trilogy and the last book summed everything up nicely. Onto more stories in Ovira.

maintains the story well
It was a pleasure seeing the story of Neeko and Shara reach its conclusion, with a promise for more adventures across the mountains in Zovirax. I look forward to their next chapter with all the characters from the previous series. Well done BT
