Funny rhymes with messages on vegan lifestyle, sounds difficult to combine but the authors have put a brilliant effort in creating this work. This is a book consisting of poems and picture stories. What is interesting about this book is,the drawings are hand drawn which makes this book a special one because children can actually connect to the drawings and the simple poems and learn in more than one way. Very beautiful illustrations and amazing writing.

A very sweet read. Would recommend it for every kid.

This is a great collection of happy rhyming poems and stories for little ones. It is a great book to have in the house when you want something short to read before bed. It makes children laugh and also is educational. It is a really good alternative to all the old nursery rhymes which are hanging around.

Great fun colourful book full of pictures, jokes and important messages for little kids.

This book has many simple children’s stories that allow the reader to immerse oneself in deep compassion. “I’m not dinner” is simple and to the point. Animals say quite simply, what they know that they are not.

Another story, “Where are you going, Deidra?”, tells a story that is based on true events. A cow mysteriously leaves her farm to wander a field. After a number of times, people catch on and follow her. They find her with her calf that she had in private, so the dairy farmer would not take her baby from her. A child finds her and asks the farmer why he would take a baby from a mother and the farmer didn’t know. The farmer went vegan and started a sanctuary for Deidra and her calf.

The answer to “Why are you a vegan” is simple. Eating dead bodies is gross. It is weird to eat eggs because they come out of a chicken’s butt. Milk came from inside a cow’s body, and I am strong without it. I am vegan because I want to be.

“Edmunds lunch” shows vegan food that looks good. Vegan pizza. Fruit. Veggies. A vegan meal is as delicious as it is kind.
