Free via amazon makes this difficult, but as shown, it is 19 pages total. It reads well, and I'm a bit fan of Brandon Turner's podcast and blog writing, but this seems like a blog post with a cover, while promoted as a standalone book. I'm left feeling a bit duped via the packaging, and now more cynical than I would like to be of Turner and BiggerPockets.

This one's exactly what it says on the tin. It also can be read in about ten minutes and doesn't go into much detail or give actionable advice. It's a guy telling you his story after you buy him a beer.

Interesting read! I knew that the author started fairly young in his real estate investing journey, but I didn't know he was able to snab a 24-unit property as his FIRST property before he turned 25. I would've been more interested however, in his first first real estate investing journey - through his house hacking in college (I believe either he or Dorkin mentions this story, and this would've helped me personally in my own journey) . Short quick great ebook.

Not more than a blog post

Easy to read, short and straight to the point. However, you may learn more about the process in a 2-minute video than from this book. The author recommends to purchase his other book if you want to know any details. Don't waste your money on this piece.

In this small book Brandon tells his story on how he bought the 24 unit apartment for almost no money down.

It is an inspirational story for those who are interested in real estate or business. In the story one thing led to another and most of it is by coincidence. His story show some creativity in desperate situations.

I liked the book especially that you finish it in one read.

The down side of the book is that it looks like a marketing booklet for other products. However he did it very well.
