Antrajam skyriuje kalba apie darbą su kristalais. Čia kristalai priskiriami Zodiako ženklams ir planetoms bei kiekviename skyriuje pilna burtų ir jų panaudojimo pratimų. Trečiajam skyriuje pasakojama apie būrimą kristalais. One of the best reads for beginners looking into crystal healings. Step by step guide to meditation practice. I was lost when it came to meditation, chakras and crystals. It was as if I was trying to learn a foreign language. The practices in this book also helped me find my spiritual side. Definitely recommend this for those who are looking for their higher self.

If you love crystals and stones as much as I do then this book is right for you. The crystals and stones are described throughout the book. Also with some crystals are used for health wise. Crystals are fun to collect and display. Each crystal is different in designed and shape.I started my crystal collection by checking what the crystal means and how to recharge them. If a crystal catches your eye and it feels good to hold buy it. I highly recommend the book.

Great reference book but the pages had too much going on for a cover to cover read. I look forward to diving into this stepper for specific needs.
