There just wasn't really anything compelling about this book. The style of the writing was great. Too many indie authors write like 12-year-olds, but Ella has great flow to her writing. I just wish the story gave me something more to relate to.

Awesome as always. Can,t get better than that. I wished for more than what was written but the book does have to end at some point in time. I give it a five Starr rating.
I love the way this author writes. My enjoyment level was completely off the charts . I had a good time reading this book and hard time putting it down. Now that is saying something like this book was written well and kept my attention.

Rivals part 1 (Rivals series)

God I hate short story books and I started this one without checking the length 1st, luckily I have the other 3 in this series so I can read it all as one. I don’t understand authors want for small books and if I’d have realized earlier I wouldn’t be as annoyed. The story itself is good and iI enjoyed it, all be it to small.
Part 1 is the beginning of the Ultimate love triangle, Eva is a Event Coordinator and while working a job she meets billionaire Clay Roth. After an embarrassing display on her part believing he wants to sleep with her after following her into a secluded office, she discovers something else about the elusive Clay Roth. With a job offer she can’t refuse and yet another embarrassing encounter at his home Eva quits her job after just one month and heads to Italy to head up a huge event at Carnivale , Venice.
With feelings she shouldn’t want but does for Clay she creates a sold out charity event to end all others and with gorgeous dresses, garden parties and a mysterious Italian, things for Eva are about to be turned on its head. She once again finds herself in a compromising position, this time a count from Italy and a very pissed off Clay. Demands are made... then it ends. Yep seriously, the story and book just finishes. Never fear part 2 starts right now.

He seems to string her along and offers her a job in Venice where she meets Luca.
Luca and Clay seem to have a rivalry so not all is as it seems.

Very seductive
The characters are fantastic. Big veril men, with a lot of charisma. The planner is in Venice for the first time for carnival. The description of the city and all the fun is enticing. Good and lusty.

Great book
I love the way this book is written. Such a nice turn, meeting in the office while she working and then asking her to work for he and his charity, Clay likes playing with fire and I can't wait to see what happens between the two of them.
