This book is awesome!

Yakov Fain is one of the best teachers in enterpise programming world.

He explores Java EE widely with minimal working code examples, so you can see and understand full landscape of technologies.

It gives you solid framework of knowlege.

This is the best FIRST book about Java EE (6).

Even this is a good book for experienced developers as a cheat sheet in technologies they didn't use for some time.

I've made few Android apps but since I didn't work in Java full time I needed an overview of possibilities for java programming. This book is excellent. I've found a lot of good ideas and basic implementations. Java EE part is great.
